The lobby staff was very friendly. The location was within walking distance to the attractions you wanted to see.

The Hotel was clean, and seemed like it was a brand new establishment. Our room was very quiet and the room temperature control kept our room extremely comfortable. I loved the beautiful location and the on site restaurant. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee via very nice coffee brewers, which offered also brewed latte’s, etc. All of this was complimentary. I can highly recommend Yotel.

Our room was very small and we didn’t even get a luggage rack for a suitcase. There was no where to store clothes so we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 12pm after a 7 hour flight overseas and the room was ready, however we had to pay 20 pounds to gain access to the room, despite the fact it was ready- that was disappointing to say the least. We were in a pretty good location for access to downtown, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

Check in was simple & quick. Our room was immaculate. Shower very powerful, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion supplied. Tea and coffee downstairs to help ourselves to instead of in room which we were happy with. Saves waste. Staff friendly. Good, free wifi. Great stay.
