This hotel was perfect and was exactly what we needed for our 7 day stay in Rome. It’s just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps and all the major name brand stores like Gucci. I can’t begin to tell you how much we loved this hotel and its location. You’re truly in the heart of it all!
Thais, our concierge took such great care of us, from booking to/from the airport as well as sending us information to other places to explore. That personal touch every morning at breakfast added such a great experience to our trip with the cappuccinos. Thais is super sweet and considerate and definitely made this hotel a place we want to come back to.
My husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s inside one of the building which does not have signage but that’s understandable since this is a high end “brand” shopping area. Just make sure to get your instructions before arriving.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse! Thais and the team did everything to make us feel like home! We enjoyed the surroundings and closure to great restaurants and the recommendations!
If you prefer a quiet room, ask for number 3-6.
We can highly recommend this place!!!

Despite being located right in the heart of the tourist area, the room was very quiet, and I had a truly relaxing stay.
Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. She took the time to write down recommended places on paper for me, and during the daytime she even lent me olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Rome!

Alessia who literally handles EVERYTHING was amazing! Honestly, she is genuinely warm, welcoming and extremely attentive, oh and makes a great espresso. Our room was clean, breakfast selection was great and located only steps away from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso. Grazie to Alessia for the warm welcome, for answering all of our questions and helping with bags and logistics! She is the absolute BEST!
