I arrived Windsor very late, no reception of this hotel, they gave me the combination of the front door and room door. Location is great for me since I was visiting University of Windsor. No breakfast, but I don't mind. Room was very clean, warm enough, I like the mattress, it's not too soft. bathroom is big, shampoo and conditioner is a one little bottle 2 in 1, it's good.
Stairs are not very friendly for those who doesn't want to climb

The non-contact check in was easy and allowed me to arrive whenever I wanted/was able.
The common room allowed for food storage and self serve food storage and tea/ coffee.
The stairway and some of the preserved architecture of the building was very nice.
The decor was basic and didn't provide the curated look that I was expecting for a " boutique hotel".
There seemed to be a slow drip of water dripping form a pipe above/near the bed.
There was a muffled tv or music noise heard for other rooms for most of the night until around 3 am.
The lack of staff on the site was a bit of a risk, as I was approached on the street and asked for money, so if needed some assistance it wasn't available form the hotel.
The bed was too high for me to get in comfortably.
