Confusion over where to check in as area in front of casino under renos so had to self park and then do hotel registration. Had to lug suitcases through casino to get to Forum tower. A long distance from checkin

We spent the night after a concert, and the room was nice, but the shower was both tiny and dirty (mold on the tile) The view was lovely, but for the cost, Iwas very dusappointed in the condition of the shower

Ceasars Hotel (Agustus Tower) was clean and well maintained. Service was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great view. Nice room. Easy access to concert venue. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Caesars Windsor. We had a junior suite in the Forum Tower and the room was amazing - spacious, clean with a gorgeous view of the Detroit skyline. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for an anniversary staycation to overlook the Detroit skyline. I specifically requested a high floor and received confirmation days before that my request was received and noted. Upon checking in at 6:28pm, the highest floor available was the 7th floor. We don't gamble, but the leisurely atmosphere and different restaurants/bars made this hotel a really nice place to walk around and enjoy each others' company. Aside from my request for a high floor not being fulfilled, we enjoyed the cleanliness and overall comfort of our stay at the hotel and plan to be back!

Really confusing hotel. Put on more mileage trying to find the entrance, the reception and finally the room. Then again to go back to the casino and dinner. Whew! Tired justvwriting about it. Only other disappointment was putting a cold bottle of white wine in the room fridge and coming back 3 hours later to find it warm. Tge frudge was either unplugged ir not working. Couldn't get behind it to see. Unexpected 1st world problems!

When we were checking in I requested a river view room. The staff just smiled and kept working. We were shocked when we got to our room and it overlooked the parking lot. He NEVER said anything.

I disliked that they charged $20.00 for early check in. We also had to pay $20,00 for valet parking even though we stayed at the property. We never had to pay in the past. Room was beautiful.

You have to walk through the cadunonto get to the hotel..10 min walk. There us no room service available at all and barely a restaurant open till 11pm. Tim hortons is out of food. Then they do notnoffer any housekeeping for a 2 night stay, hiding behjnd environmental support. When we had to book one more night and asked for 2 extra bottles of water the gal.said they were not allowed to have it but we could ask at the front desk. They spend all the mkney keeping people in the casino ans thats where it ends. I would definitely not retuen

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom is horribly outdated. Cheap shower head, old tile, cramped toilet space. I actually used the shower in the pool locker room. The pool facilities are fantastic

Really nice clean , and fancy . Very good for the price . Only con I have is going all the way to the Augustus Tower to check in/out when I was booked for the Forum . If it were a disabled person, it wouldn’t be good for them .

This is one of a very few hotels that understand that you shouldn't be hanging towels above the toilet . Toilets when flushed give off droplets, need I say more. *****

Rooms are only cleaned every three days. I don't make my bed when I am on vacation. Choices of food were very limited with only two better dining venues. They don't know how to make a drink and seemed to be out of everything. They had very few poker slot machines and not much of a choice of denomination.

Getting into the hotel was horrible. When checking in I had to hitch hike to the hotel lobby only to be greeted by extremely rude staff. Will not book again

Other than the rude black Jack dealer , everything was great ! So comfortable beds, and front staff were great. Very walkable to nice restaurants and to the Detroit river. Highly recommend !

This was our first visit to Windsor and arrived late into Windsor on a Thursday evening for a swim meet happening this weekend. It was dark and raining lightly. We followed our GPS to find the Caesars Windsor. The big signage for the building was at the top of the building seen from Detroit, but at street level, there is minimal signage for the casino, almost zero signage for the hotel, and minimal signage for the self-parking entrance. The signage is fantastic for those in another country but not helpful for those at ground level looking to get into the building or find the parking lot. Getting from the self-parking lot to the registration desk of the hotel was chaotic, not straightforward, and again with minimal signage that all looked the same no matter where you looked. Getting from the Augusta Tower, back to the area to access the Forum Tower was also indirect and confusing. At 6:30 am we learned the exit doors to the outside of the building are locked off at some areas, making exiting the building (without an emergency) to be again, more confusing and only adding to the anxiety of staying at Caesars Windsor. Our room was small, and dated but clean. Our view was overlooking the roof of the main building and the parking building. Not a great view. Overall, we would not stay at Caesars Windsor again should our swim team do a team travel meet in Windsor. We will stay in a smaller hotel, with a view of the river, closer to the Windsor Aquatic Center.
