I loved everything about the hotel. It's vicinity to the Wharf. The cleanliness and space of the room. The staff was very friendly, especially the night concierge. She was so sweet and helpful.

What a nice hotel! We had a late arrival and called 3 times to make sure everything was okay. Upon arrival at 2 am we were told that we didn't have reservations at this hotel and we probably had the wrong address. Maybe the hotel was down the road. Did I mention we had already called 3 times. The guy at the front desk wasn't the kindest. He cancelled our room because our credit card didn't go through. The only reason is because our credit card had been cancelled due to it being compromised a month earlier. We had selected to pay at the property. Maybe a phone call would have been nice. Remember we called 3 times before. The guy at the front desk finally realized that he cancelled our room. He checked us in and everything was fine after. We were allowed to leave our car there in the valet parking until 6 pm the next day. They even held our suit cases while we went and toured the city.

The location was fantastic! I am glad that the hotels offered breakfast because it was one less thing that I had to worry about. Lawrence assisted me with my check-in, was very helpful, and provided recommendations for places to eat. I appreciated him for that. I felt safe and would stay here again.

Just a short visit but as usual, very impressed. Reception staff very helpful with taxi bookings and any other questions we had. We LOVE the 24-hour coffee available in reception! Beds comfortable and clean. No disturbances too. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Wharf.

This property’s location is great for access to Pier 39, Fisherman’s Warf, Ghirardelli Square, Boudin Bakery and Restaurant, and more great restaurants. We needed a large room and were accommodated with the accessible room to meet our needs which was great from the staff. However, the room was quite run down. The beds were sunk in, the tub and shower were rusty (giving a dirty feel), the pull-out couch is sunk in (either pulled-out or not, very uncomfortable). As for noise, we constantly heard the slamming of the doors around us, and above us. One night, we heard loud bangs every 15-20 mins and it went on for hours.. so, not a quiet place. I would still recommend the property because the staff was great, the morning breakfast was decent, the lobby supplies fresh cold water and coffee at all times, and the location is great for some specific things.

Perfect location for walking to Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf and the trolly!! Be prepared to pay $62 a day for valet parking! Ridiculous!!

The only thing that kinda irked me was the steep valet parking price ($62/day). But its convenient and free in and out all day. Other than that the rooms and facility were clean and the breakfast was pretty good, for a hotel breakfast.

Perfect stay at a great location on Fisherman's Wharf. Friendly staff all around. Great breakfast. Easy valet parking at a reasonable price. Central to the Wharf, trolleys, Lombard Street, Ghirardelli Square, close to China Town and Union Square. We felt comfortable and safe. Will stay here again.

Decent room, good size, very central to walkable tourist centered areas. Rooms were mostly clean, just a little dated & old so not everything was as clean as it could be. Pillows and bed were not very comfortable but for the price it’s decent.

The location is great and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The walls are very thin and other guests with children were quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. There was some glass/plastic on the room entry floor that had not been swept up, so that made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the room.

We were able to park our vehicle and they have EV charging on site. A huge bonus. Was able to enjoy a nice breakfast and short walk to Pier 39 while the rest of my party rested up. Felt very safe and over cleanliness of area was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed for three nights. Centrally located, standard cleanliness, standard breakfast. There was no body wash where it's supposed to be. I called the front desk and they said I need to ask the housekeeper who will come the next day. Next day I asked the housekeeper and she said I need to ask the front desk. For the four days I stayed, there was no replacement. I gave up and used a tiny bar soap instead. Booking parking on hotels.com is $40, but for some reason there was no option for the $40 parking when I booked a non-refundable rate. At property, I had to pay $62 per night + $8.68 parking tax + $8.68 card fees. Over $70 per night for parking. I don't understand why the $40 parking option is not available on site or on some room types, there should be a fair parking option for everyone.
