Felt safe at this hotel with secured valet parking. Great area to walk to Wharf or North Beach. Hotel was quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious. Would recommend staying here again.

It was a very good experience. For once the destination fees actually contributes to something that we used. For the ideal location and hotel, the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anybody who is visiting San Francisco.

I had a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Each guest was given a collapsible bottle for refilling of filtered water, however more stations for filtered water could be made available at each level. It was a great stay!

The location at Fishermans wharf was perfect. The rooms were nice, clean, comfy beds & everything that I needed. Extra nice to be able to just park & leave the car in a safe place. I will stay here again.

They charge me $64 for parking which I didn’t park, when I complained about it they said they saw I parked the car they saw it in the security cameras the guys said I was driving white color car when I own grey color car and they said charges are correct which is not true they are charging someone else vehicle under my room they are doing their job right I had three room booked for 2 nights will not spend my money with Marriotts anymore

The worst experience ever. Do not book and use this hotel. I booked and paid for my room upfront and to my surprise room was not available to me. They sent me to a hotel without even providing transportation. Service person treated me like I am at fault here.

The facility was in good condion as well as we expected. The one thing I'm not comfortable was water comes out of the faucets so weekly. Even though I do understand 'saving our planet', it bothered me a lot.

The room amenities were very nice and well taken care of each day. I hung up towels as requested and still received fresh ones each day. The restaurant food was sub par, to be honest. The breakfast buffet was luke warm and a bit bland on taste. And for the love of God, hotel parking was atrociously expensive. I drive a four door truck, which is considered "above size limits", receiving an extra fee plus tax resulting in approximately $85 per day to park. That's practically the same fee as the room. It's ridiculous! At the very least, you could have washed my truck for making me pay that much to park it.

I will not recommend this hotel. As soon we arrived my reservation was showing canceled. Staff were not friendly. Finally I call expedia.and they said it’s still there not canceled after talking to expedia they got convince and gave us a room. Breakfast was quite pricey. some staff were not nice at all. they don’t care. I ask for some compensation for inconvenient. They clearly said no. I will not recommend this property with kids specially.

Easy to find and friendly staff. Even received 2 free trolly tickets. We were able to leave our car parked in the garage the next day as we were touring the area. Room was clean and new looking, comfortable beds. Best part safe feeling while walking down to the water. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay near Fisherman’s Wharf. Room was clean & comfortable. Liked the extras we received w/ check in ! The coupons for ice cream, cable car ride made memories w/ the trip.

The $30 per day resort fee is a joke -- you can't even order a Caesar salad on room service for less than $30 once they add this fee, that tax, etc. However -- the property is really close to the Wharf and we walked everywhere. If you're just in for the weekend, don't get a car -- they charge $64 a night, and you can Uber/Lyft for cheaper than that. DO ask for the cable car tickets (worth $8 one way each) and for the free Ghiardelli sundae coupons (worth over $10 each) -- these were also very easy and not embarrassing to redeem.

Nothing unique about the property. I did not like being charged $30 a day not to eat at there terrible restaurant. Ate there 1 time, service was not great and food was worse.

Everything was great, including the room ,the staff and especially the location. Short walk to lots of attractions. The resort fee they charged actually had some benefits, which made it easier to take. The restaurant was ok but expensive, not unlike most places in San Francisco
