Location: easy walking access to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, and cable car stops

We understood that the fisherman wharf is better located in San Francisco (less crime and drugs addict in the streets), so we preferred this location.
The room was fine. Nothing special to mention.
Breakfast is taking a cold sandwich from the store (you may use the microwave to make it warm and less tasty).
They didn't find the key to the laundry, so we couldn't use it.

The location and clean rooms. Great gym, but the pool was being repaid in our summer stay which was bad timing I believe.
The breakfast arrangement is badly set up and they should have planned the pool repair in the autumn or winter not in the summer.

Location is great, it is very clean.
Staff were making me feel guilty whenever I asked a question,
Can't have a fridge in the room unless you pay for it.
We stayed for 2 nights, but we couldn't sleep because there was road construction noise next to our windows.
