The location was great. The room was small. the service help (cleaners etc.) were great.
Our thermostat did not work. And the bathroom sink did not drain well.

The location was perfect. We were easily able to walk to the piers for food and shopping. It was also very close to the Big Bus tours stop.

Great location. Clean place. Was great for a 1-night stay in the tourist area.
Parking was expensive but I guess that's to be expected in a big city.

The comfort of the bed was great.
Dark room with very little natural light. No mobile phone reception in the room. Room was only cleaned once during three night stay. Being told not to sit at an empty table just in case a larger group came in to a rather empty bar. Extremely high car parking fee.
