Location , comfortable beds, good breakfast, very friendly staff, good facilities , lovely room with sunset views
Although the room location was perfect, it was very noisy! Road noise and general pedestrian noise seemed excessive. Also privacy from rooms above and beside was a bit embarrassing at night!!
Note to book inside courtyard room next time

Location! it's close to Pier 39
some of the first floor rooms are only accessible (according to my knowledge) by a staircase, which could be an issue for people that can't lift heavy luggages.

Location
Rude staff especially manager . We were told when we called from Australia we could park an RV overnight there arrived and was basically told that we couldn’t have been told that by the manager and she couldn’t have cared lesss of the predicament we were left in . Bar staff shop staff rude only person who was good was the bell boy Mikey . No trolley for use for luggage to or from room unless bell person did it . Check out was midday for all and they sent bell boy on a half our lunch
