Staff was friendly.
The door stuck, took two people to open, as I'm disabled, this was a clear problem. The locks on the door were broken. The tv didn't work. The bed was rock hard. The shower floor was sloped significantly, again for someone with balance issues, this was not safe. They were doing construction, starting at 7:00 AM...saws, hammering, very loud. I was saddened because my last stay with them was awesome! I wouldn't recommend this place unless major changes are made.
