Key cards would deactivate after one use room wasn’t cleaned properly staff wouldn’t even ask for identification to reissue access to the room

My room was clean. Easy in and out access. My room was clean and quiet. It had a fridge, stove and microwave. Would stay again and recommend it.

Bugs in the room, hair in the bathroom, red (paint?) drops on the floor. Left the hotel, asked for a manager and was told they would get back to me in a few days. No one followed up.

The rooms were not super clean. It’s a very convenient location. I liked the microwave, fridge ect options but the counters and things did not look and feel clean. Price matched the room.

The Carpets on the 2nd floor smells terrible the room was dirty, there was food stains all over the fridge and hair in the tub. There were 2 (what looked like dried buggers) on the base board of the bed. The burners of the kitchen were extremely dirty and there was splatter in the microwave. I had to get my own Clorox wipes to be able to stay because everything around the area was booked if not we would have left

The staff was wonderful but you can hearing stomping and jumping through out the day and that night we left at 12am due to the noise issue

Property had a little kitchenette, but wasn't stalked with silverware, or any sort of dishes. So what was the point of having a kitchenette. Room could have been a little cleaner. Dried up bug on counter and some stains on the laminate floor, that easily would have come up with a mop. Bed seemed to be nice, clean and fairly comfortable.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to watch a Niners game. You can walk to the stadium which is a 20-25 minute walk or you can catch the bus which is a five minute ride.

Expedia quoted me $109/room but I was charged $176. Rooms had a musty smell that made it hard to sleep

Ok the room was ok except there was no shampoo in the room the air conditioner/ heater unit didn't work and when I told the guy at the front desk the next morning but I was cold all night he just laughed but overall it wasn't to bad they also advertised free breakfast and it was more of a continental breakfast not a real breakfast

Overall stay made the best if it. Area of location is excellent and the staff were really nice. Downfall surprise no ice machine in building and some of rooms or at least mines can use a little remodeling But overall the stay was pleasant

The hallways smelled and were dirty, our shower tub not sure if it was cleaned prior to us getting there. The beds were ok… the room was ok walked into a funky smell in our room. It was a place to rest our heads. I have stayed at nicer Extended Stays

There were cigarette stains on the countertops and tub, stained and torn carpet. Really not worth it. Breakfast was only instant oatmeal and coffee and or tea. I will not return here

Internet was down at the checkin counter. The clerk spent about 15 minutes thrashing with it before taking a photograph of my ID and credit card and issuing me a key.

STAY AWAY!! This is not a hotel, this is a shelter. The carpets smell, found insects in the room, and the AC was down in the room.

BRING EAR PLUGS. I didn’t have super high expectations given the price but know that this place is right next to a train track and occasionally, the train comes thru with horns blaring at 3am. Also during my stay, the room right next door left a barking dog inside unattended at 2:15am. The front desk attendant didn’t want to do anything about it so the dog kept barking until about 3. So much for sleep. And as I was getting out as quickly as I could the following morning, I did my usual check under the bed to see if I’d left anything and found a pair of men’s Fubu shoes under the bed. And the “breakfast” is granola bars and coffee to set appropriate expectations.

The only thing that was clean were the towels.. sink had toothpaste, toilet was a little dirty, shower had hair on the walls, floors felt a little sticky, bed sheets were definitely not changed, tv stand was dusty.. if everything was cleaned i would've gave 5 stars.

First room they gave me was dirty. The trash was not taken out and the toilet seat was dirty with poop stains. Toilet seat was obviously not cleaned. Second room was okay, but had issues. Toilet did not flush properly, and the shower drain did not drain properly. In addition to trash being found behind the recliner.

Upon checking in the front desk clerk was on the phone with another employee talking about a guest and left me standing there for about 10 minutes. he should have hung up the phone or put them on hold so I can get checked into my room. The room was good but the shower was dirty. the shower curtain was dirty and looked like someone had blew their nose onto it. and also there was ants on the tub. The stay was in a great location for the 49ers game within walking distance and the Uber trip was less than $10. I would stay here again for future games only.

I made a reservation for a room through Expedia and upon checking in I find out I was banned from them and I’ve never stayed at their location prior. But they also didn’t communicate that I was banned from a different location to begin with which would be nice to know especially when it comes to making future reservations.
