the location was near where we wanted to go
The clerk who checked us in was rude and provided wrong information about cost and payment. He stated we had not paid already for the room, which we had through Booking .com.
He then stated our “Mastercard” was not accepted for payment for deposit. We don’t have a Mastercard and booked through Booking.com.
We felt both embarrassed that he announced such an untruth in public, and it was totally false.
