After having been at another Dorint hotel property just recently, I thought the entrance left a bit to be desired. It was dirty and needed to be swept daily or washed. Gave a sloppy impression. However the inside was very clean and cared for. My room was ok. Glass doors to balcony were fingerprinted and dirty as well, bed linens were fine. Bathroom had mildew in shower and bathroom area tiles
The staff in front was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and very good and the breakfast hostess was super helpful.

Check-in process was painless and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were cozy. We enjoyed having the large balcony as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even vegan options. The location was great, there is a nice park nextdoor and property is close to tram stop, providing quick access to Altstadt and Hauptbahnhof in a matter of minutes. It was a great value and an enjoyable stay, would recommend!

Good service and comfortable rooms. Only drawback is that parking is located quite a walk away. Also surprised that the room came with a balcony facing a park. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was freezing outside and the wind was howling, but I can imagine it being a pleasant touch in warmer months.

Clean rooms, very good breakfast, room seems to be a bit old and parking only possible in a stadium few minutes away but in overall very good hotel
