The room i was given was the accessibility room. When i called the front desk to ask for another room, non accessable but with 2 beds. He was rude and said nope I can not change. There were no cups, plates, bowls or any kitchen items. No hairdryers. Staff was not helpful nor friendly during check-in. Breakfast was only oatmeal packets and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as we walked into the reception we perceived the smell of weed, it was very notorious that the receptionist was under the influence, but we had to sign a paper stating that we were not going to smoke in the room. When we got into the room there were roaches on the wall, the floor, kitchen counter tops and sink. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The manager on duty Latisa was horribly rude to us. Making us feel like we were the problem that the room that we were assigned to wasn’t anywhere near ready for us when we arrived to the hotel around 4pm. She would talk over us and wouldn’t give us a caring apology for making us feel unwelcome and not heard. She made us feel so uncomfortable and her only solution was to offer us a full refund and not even stay at the hotel. There was no way we were going to stay after the way she made us feel and how she treated us. Terrible customer service skills!!!!!

Hotel may be a little older but I'd definitely stay again. Tucked away and quiet. Many dining options in the area and easy access to/from highway, although traffic can be heavy at times getting around on Ford Rd.

This place is so run down and has zero amenities. No Gym, No Ice Machine to start. The rate was $204 per night, which is robbery for a 1.5 star property. Definitely NOT a business trip hotel. It looks like a homeless shelter in some aspects.

I've stayed at other extended stays and has a pleasant experience... This one however was not... Front desk attendant .. When he chose to show up was totally unprofessional and the place smelled so bad it almost made you gag... The room was nasty and smelled horrible as well... My wife and I opened the Windows left to go eat but it did not fix the problem... We ended up just leaving the property we could not bring ourselves to stay in those conditions... we canceled our second day and ended up going to a different property for rest of the weekend

Other than the room spell, nothing a plug in air freshener couldn’t fix, everything was great.

Property needs some updates. The furniture in the rooms look like it came from the Salvation Army. Everything just looks so old. Carpet was stained but vacuumed of course and the beds are really small.

Quiet stay, room was clean. Was warned ahead of time of how room keys get demagnetized, helpful. Woman who helped me checkout was the best! Would recommend and i will be staying at this location again.

Drove and was told after I paid for the room at a rest stop. At 1:00am that they stop doing check ins at 11:00 so needless to say they wouldn’t let me in or refund me. Slept in my car at 2:00am thanks to them.

Happy that the hotel was off of the highly congested Ford road. Hotel was behind Beaumont Medical building.It was quiet. Hotel was full because of the power outages, in Michigan.

A little disappointed. Room had a strange odor when entering, door was sticking bad ( room 103) and only one stove eyelet worked ( small eyelet)

Tub didn’t drain. Had to rinse the hair off of the wall in the shower. Was expecting housekeeping as there was no indication that we weren’t going to receive it. Booked king room. Was no where near a king bed.

I like the rooms are big with full refrigerators, microwave and you can cook your own food especially breakfast as they only had instant oatmeal. The room had a funny smell but I always have bath and body works candles so it was decent for 2 nights

Hotel is older and shows it. But worked okay for my needs. I was in quarantine for a week and the mini kitchen was great. I did have to go to front desk to get dishes, etc. No one was ever at front desk. Had to shout to get someone's attention. Nothing close to walk to like restaurants.

Bathtub and surrounding walls not well cleaned when I checked in. Could trace out soap streaks on the surface. There were green spots on the shower curtain as well. And the sink had a mold layer around the hidden space between the sink and the counter top.

The front desk person "David" was absolutley terrible. He was rude and not friendly, actually walked uptimes to us and yells "name" "photo Id".. then his computer wasn't working and told us we couldn't check in and would have to find another hotel to stay at! unbelievable! Told my family they couldn't use their own credit card, only the one on file, i used my card to book then thought they would use theirs to pay, eventually a girl named Latia helped us and fixed it, would never stay at extended stay again, too stressful.
