The one thing that wasn’t so good. Had to pay to upgrade to a handicap room. The website didn’t offer a handicap room. It said to ask when I checked in. So had to pay more. That was so wrong. Plus had to go and get the dishes and kitchen supplies and turn on our towels to get new ones. If you wanted your room cleaned that was extra. This place Nickel and dime you. Never staying at this place again!!

Lots of scary people around. The fat receptionist was rude from the minute I said hi. The person above us was up until 3-4am stomping around. The lobby closed at 11pm when the website said midnight. Disgusting shower and floor. Will never be back

The check in was pleasant and the room was comfortable overall. There were several strands of hair on the shower and near the toilet. It immediately felt unclean and unsanitary.

Staff no where to be seen. Had to call to get checked in and when requesting sheets for fold out. Front desk never staffed. Didn’t have pillows for fold out. Stay somewhere else.

Everything was clean and neat! Only thing is we noticed that the floor felt sticky all over the room and maybe hasn't been mopped in a bit. But otherwise, our stay had been peaceful and relaxing🤗 5 stars if the floor wasn't sticky tho but would still come back next time!

Loud commotions (people, smoke alarms) , no utensils in kitchen as described, smelled smoke from the other rooms through vents. This is not worth it.. It will be better to paying just a few dollars more just to stay in a more comfortable place. Did not get sleep or rest at all.

The room was barely clean. The tub having the previous guest hair clumped together was a dead give away for it not being cleaned or properly cleaned. Granola bars and coffee isn’t breakfast. Also huge water damage has been done because the hardwood was lumpy. It was for a concert but next time I’ll stay home than stay here!

I didn't like that the vending machines where in the main lobby and they lock the door at 11pm and your not able to use the room key your givin for the lobby building ...

We stayed here for 10 days Friday to Sunday next week during which I was out of town for the intervening week. I liked the fact that I could cook my lunch and dinner and avoid eating out -- the equipment is basic but sufficient. I liked the morning breakfasts (again very basic but sufficient). There is a nearby Ranch 99 you can walk to, which also has a bunch of Chinese eateries in the same mall. We also had 2 bookings back to back and I wanted to call out the help from reception in allowing us to be in the same room for convenience.

Horrible experience, got a room but found out it was even cleaned and got another room but with a queen bed instead of what we paid talked to management and said they didn't have any other king beds available. No refund as today for paying for a King size bed and just getting a queen. Really bad service

Friendly staff. The floor in the hotel rooms are disgusting. They need to be scrubbed & mopped. Not just damp mopped. If you spill a little water on the floor & use a towel to wipe it up, the towel comes up black, gross. There is an ant infestation on the entire property. By the last day of our stay (day 8) , there were ants in our bathroom. Room cleaning only happens every two weeks. But really they should keep brooms & dustpans in each room so guests can sweep up crumbs & whatnot during their stay. Not just have to live with ants coming through the walls, windows & doors seeking out crumbs. Trash bins on each floor, which is great but there was still trash up & down the halls on the ground. No elevators, so if you have a lot if stuff to carry it’s unpleasant. At night it was mostly quiet, yay for that. Coffee & muffins are set out until 9:30- enjoyed that. I don’t want to have to carry my dirty towels to the front desk from the back building. It would be nice if towels were changed every 2 days when they come by (not make the guest bring them to the front for new ones.) cleaning I’m the rooms is shotty, not really clean, more just wiped down. All in all it was okay I guess.

The check-in was slow. One lady held up the line. Another front desk rep came up to help us. The one who didn't know how to resolve the patron who held up the line was shuffled over to us. She was helpful with the guy in front of me but when I came up, she wasn't being pleasant with me. The room was clean and cool when I checked in. Kitchenette was nice to have. I made use of the refrigerator to store my snacks and water.
