Looks to be family owned. They were very willing to make my stay as good as possible.

The elevator went out between the time we checked in and when we got back from dinner. We were on the 3rd floor; my husband is medically fragile so walking up 3 flights of stairs was taxing on him. The elevator was still not fixed the next day and we had to carry our bags and bowling equipment down.

If I could have gotten my money back I would have the second I walked through the door. There was a breadstick behind it for starters. Upon further entry, there are holes in the pillows that are bolted to the couch that god knows what’s happened to even create them. Keep looking around and there’s scotch tape on the walls… why… people pounding on the door at 3:23am to the point of calling the front desk, which mind you, you don’t need a key card. You twist it the right way and it opens and the only thing preventing is that useless U shaped thing at the top. I was there alone with 2 boys and there were people staring at us and walking by repeatedly by the pool. There were maybe 20 tenants, and they wouldn’t give us extra pillows. There were none 🤔 in such an affluent area, I will never go back. Ever. Biggest waste of money. If I wanted to throw away money on a SUITE with bedrooms, I would have went to a ‘motel’ in Detroit and had a better experience. This place is awful. And, the windows were wide open when we walked in. This place does not care one bit. I didn’t even try to get food poisoning and see what their breakfast even offered. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to my dog. Four stars by people who are obviously blind. The only saving grace you have is the beautiful girl with black and pink eyeglasses that somehow keeps people in your building.

It was a good stay. Sometimes some characters stay there but the staff is nice.

Check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room was clean however, the sheet had a large stain on it and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The hallways constantly smelled of marijuana and occasionally the odor would waft into the room. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold items. Overall, we had a good experience with this hotel. It was a fair price.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff was nice. With the pool being right at the lobby, it does have a smell. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel. Once I got to my room, there was a big red stain on the carpet. The thermostat had a note that it didnt work and to control the heating/air by the actual unit. (Which was fine) The mirror in the bathroom is not attached to the wall, so when you touched it, it would move back and forth. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom. The tub was discolored and dirty. The towels were thin and dingy. There were holes in the ceiling. I would recommend staying here if you just need somewhere low price to stay, but I wouldnt stay there again.

The pool water looked dirty, so no swimming could be done. The bed was hard as a rock. The 2nd floor smelled funky. Not my favorite spot anymore. Will look elsewhere for a getaway spot.

The hotel advertises a free drink for each day stayed. When you ask for said items, it turns out to be a bottle of water. The room my wife and I stayed in had black stains on the bathtub floor. My wife has an illness and requires food upon awakening. I went to the breakfast area to obtain food for her, and the concierge told me I could not leave the area with food. Also, it was raining in the lobby, and they had towels all over the floor and wet spots everywhere. This experience was horrible, and my wife and I will never stay here again.

Check in and check out by Moe at the desk was wonderful! Room was clean but needed some repair. Bed was okay, too firm for my liking. Breakfast was average. Decent value for the price.

Room was not cleaned properly. Dirty sheets on bed and pull out sofa,dirty bathroom. They didn't offer room move or clean linens. Ugh! For the price i paid,expected better.

Few things in the room not up to par. Toilet was brroken , remote not working, duvet torn, bathroom not cleaned properly. Breakfast was cut short.

Night shift desk was unfriendly yet efficient. Gym is broken. My pillow smelled horrible and tv did not work. I reported it and it was all taken care of in my room . For the price it is great . The hot tub was hot pool was good. Very quiet and dark. I may stay again.

The hotel have a great price - quality ratio, the breakfast is good and they change it a little bit everyday (some hotels have the same thing everyday), the public hot tube is always available and clean.
The hotel looks old but it still is in a good general condition.

This is a GREAT hotel for the price! Clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast, it's free so I'm not expecting a gourmet breakfast buffet, but they do have hot and continental items that are always stocked. Comfortable beds and everything in the room seems to be pretty recently updated. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to get around Detroit without staying in Detroit. Breakfast was very good! GREAT value for the price! Will use them again!

Took 20 min to get a room even tho it was 4:20 pm!! Wifi is the worst I’ve ever had…connection lost every few minutes.
Our room was across from the elevator so all we heard was ringing bells and talking. Overall, it served its purpose for a shopping weekend but was not thrilled.

Being allergic to feathers, I did not like the down pillows. They replaced 3 in one room and only 1 in the other room. I would have liked the pillows to be taken out of the room. I was told that was not possible.

I made a reservation for two rooms. One with the king bed and one with two queen beds through Expedia. When I got there, they did not have the two queen bed room for me and forced my daughters into a king room with only one bed. They did nothing for us.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful to me and my wife. We have stayed here several times. One of the only things that we really did not care for was the quality of breakfast. Eggs and sausage each morning seemed to come from a box or packaged microwaved. But plenty of yogurts, bagels, muffins, and coffee to meet your needs.

The price outstanding. Very clean. Friendly. LOVE the pool hours! Signs need to be lit up to find easier with all the busy traffic. Easy access for our business to interstate;Ann Arbor, Detroit. WE will stay here again!! Thank you so much.

I was told the pool was opened. I called. IT WAS Freezing. Little grandchildren were looking forward to the pool. Can’t count on this hotel any longer.There were limited towels for 4 in a room. The towels were small and thin.Desk said no more pool towels. « They must be eating them » lobby coffee never had coffee. Breakfast was good

Property was easy to get to and everything seemed clean. the guest PC was locked the desk clerk said so it was not available. They need an IT service to put anti malware software on there and manage it for them. The pillows were not good......I had 6 but none of them were good quality pillows.
