I would have liked a booking for which confirmation was provided. It was a surprise to find out that even with confirmation email - the staff said.. no rooms are available. Really sick!!!!

Overall experience!!! Total disappointed!

Clean, decent room but several expected things not available.

Good location. Good price. Clean.

Door lock/key kept failing. No bathroom on first floor for guests checking in. No additional pillows available.

I LEFT after 10 minutes!!! I need a Refund!! it is filthy and smells bad and the staff stated I have to get my money bac

i entered and it smelled like smoking. and the lady that was helping was talking so much she didn’t even acknowledge me. then when she did she gave a number that didn’t exist. then I had to get another room and when we entered it smelled soooo bad, like someone was in there smoking. then the floors were filthy dirty, it was bugs in the corner and cans under the chair. and the desk was so dusty. we were not in there 10 min and went back to the counter and told the lady we could stay there because I have asthma from cigarettes. and the room was filthy. she did not give me money back. I would like a refund

it was filthy with bugs in the corner and under the chair was bugs and cans. and it smelled like smoking in the bathroom, like someone just came out of the bathrooms.

All the loudly residents. The running up and down the halls late at night. The people smoking in front of the building. The breakfast was horrible.

Didn't care for the hotel management when I checked in but when I left the ones were different and they were really nice

When I first arrived, I used my cellphone to call the front desk to be let in, I was placed on hold and left there for 10 minutes. Another guest let me in and the whole time the receptionist was on the phone gossiping about her coworkers, leaving me to wait another 10 minutes before greeting me at all. She then tried to make repay after proving I paid online, her attitude was not welcoming at all.

Not real pleasing

Breakfast ok.

That our 1 Rm 2 beds wasn't available, and we were given two rooms with a single double bed. my wife and I needed 1 Rm with two beds as we both have joint problems.

I was disappointed but the staff was very nice and the bed was clean and comfortable

The staff was very nice

The bathroom sink drain was slow. The kitchen sink needed bleach poured down the drain and the carpet was stained and dirty on some spots.

The stove and stuff

They need little store like other hotels where yu can buy snacks and stuff you can cook and them pillows need to be replaced asap flat as pancake and the window was kind of scary it wouldn’t close completely nor lock and my shower was cold but they gave me another room also they could use a computer and printer in the lobby because I came for a appointment but they front desk lady swear she didn’t have access to a email to print off some paper for me

although it had a kitchenette, there was no coffee maker and no utensils. Bathroom sink did not drain and shower control did not work properly.
