Both beds were dirty and one of them had a hole on the sheet, the room smells like cigarettes and unpleasant. There was no breakfast even tho it said it included it. 4.5/10

This is a newer Red Roof Inn or recently renovated with pleasant staff and nice breakfast room. There are 3 entries so easy to move in and out and multi storied so not too long. Easy drive to nice restaurants.

The room we stayed in was incredibly noisy. I cannot emphasize this enough, very, very noisy. The highway is right next to it and the windows clearly do not block out the noise. The room also was clearly a smoking room that the hotel had tried to fabreeze. We are back home and all of our clothes smell. The bedspread had burn holes in it, assuming from cigarettes. There was long hair (see photo) on one of the beds. The furniture was worn, the lampshade stained. Every time somebody used water the pipes made a high pitched sound. The gentleman checking me in did not give me a “sleeve” with the room number on but I had to find paper in my bag to write it down along with the WiFi name and password, there was no note with that. He also kept asking me how much I travel and when I asked him if this is for a survey he said no. I just wanted to check in but he kept asking. Very poor experience all around. Would not stay here again

I liked the location. It was close to the highway and close to our destination (Notre Dame). It was clean enough, but could have been cleaner. The common areas should be modernized. The carpets/ paint/stain on doors & trimwork should definitely be upgraded. It just looked outdated.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The service was great at the front desk. The breakfast choices were minimal, could have a few more things out for breakfast. We will stay there again.

I was very disappointed with this Red Roof due to the condition of the building as a whole. The hallway carpet was filthy and old. There were people milling around in the parking lot late at night and I saw one person looking through the dumpster. The breakfast bar had very limited food out, the eggs and sausage were cold, the sweet rolls and bagels container was nearly empty. There was only one ice machine and vending machines on the 1st floor and our room was on the third floor.

Room was like it was out of order had to turn on toilet had to plug up tv microwave and refrigerator, but the fridge smells moldy staff try to reduce my overpriced room but couldn’t do to me booking thru you guys that’s trash I would love to have a refund asap

Nice place, relatively inexpensive, clean, comfortable room. Well lit parking lot, close to food and shopping. I will stay here again next year when I attend the event in which I was in town for.

The room was reasonably clean, the hallways not so much. The jet tub was relaxing, unfortunately there was only 1 drain plug in the room to share between the jet tub and the standard tub. They do not have coffe makers in the rooms, and the coffee available in the mornings is from a machine, not fresh brewed. There is no breakfast available on site.

When we arrived, we realized it was in a sketchy area. It teamed of smoke right when we walked in. The place seemed so dirty. We actually cut our losses and booked at a completely different hotel.

Extremely clean. Very friendly staff. Even though they allow dogs, not too “dog friendly”. There’s no place to bring the dogs and people are allowed to bring dogs of all sizes. Great if you have a huge dog.. there’s also no breakfast except oatmeal and coffee so plan accordingly. It’s in a very convenient location, right off the highway (so you hear the noise even over the air conditioning) and there’s a tower right out the back windows. At night a couple people were smoking pot in their rooms and my husband found a crack pipe in the parking lot. As soon as he told the desk they immediately took care of it. The manager/owner is really friendly and helpful. I would stay again for sure

A hotel that should be no more that $129/night charging $400 during an event. Place is dirty and run down. Breakfast was non existent. Bed and pillows were awful. Tv was awful. Would never recommend staying here. Extremely displeased.

Leak with toilet bill tank every time u flush. Drip in tub all night. Worn and corroded faucet on tub. Used tissues on counter. Open outlet no cover.

Not very clean. Holes in the wall, mold in the toilet. Blood stains on the bed, spots on the sheets. Not a comfortable feeling being here. $90 is not worth it.
