Was put on the 1st floor and the couple across from me fought and argued loudly ALL night slamming the door and nobody from the front desk even said anything to them. It’s an old fashioned room not updated. I prefer the walk in showers not the OLD bath tubs. The check in process was quick and easy. Will NEVER stay kn another comfort suites

The hotel is a bit run down but it was clean. I couldn't get the internet to work right. Had trouble regulating the heat. It was really hot in there all night. The guy at the front desk was really nice but the woman who checked me in was not very friendly.

It was one night stay with my son for his tennis tournament in town. The check in was quick. Room was clean and morning breakfast excellent. Nothing to complain . All good. Will stay again in future..

The staff seemed inattentive and unavailable from the time we arrived until departure. The breakfast was stale and not replenished so if you went down to breakfast by 8 there was not much to choose from even though it was available until 9:30 am. The hotel is run down, rooms are not made up each day. At checkout we were told they only make up rooms every three days! Charging 300.00 a night and not cleaning the room is ridiculous. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

We had a bad experience booking online. We booked after midnight and when we arrived at the property the doors were locked for security reasons which is understandable , however when I rang the bell over 5 times no came to the door. I had to call the hotel.We were finally let in to go check in and they did not have a reservation for us in the computer. We had already paid on Expedia so we had to contact Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia did not have a phone number to call we had to contact them via email. We were very tired , we had a long drive and wanted to check in quickly since we were leaving to finish our drive in several hours. When we finished checking (30 minutes later) we went to get into our room and the key card didn’t work on the rooom we were assigned so my husband had to go back yo the front desk to get another key. She ended up giving us another room than we were originally assigned . Booking online was supposed to make it easier but instead it made everything more complicated.

This property is a good choice for most travelers. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a better than average breakfast option. If you’re looking for a good overall value, this hotel should fit the bill.

Front desk guy took forever and still botched key cards. Woke up to ants all over the bed. Main goal was cheap since I was there less than 12 hours. Accomplished.

Needed a room for just one night. Comfort Inn/ Mishawaka- South Bend was a good choice. Comfortable, clean, quiet and this property has resurrected the breakfast availability that vanished during the pandemic. If I need to return for another night, I’ll be this option first.

Had to make two back to back reservations because of change of plans. Staff was very accommodating and provided a room that I could remain in across both reservations.

Overall, pretty much as expected except for the attentiveness of the staff as far as getting a toothbrush and a razor, (went to buy one instead) and no accessible guest laundry (listed but was flooded on arrival). The room was clean, though. Overall, not bad.

Came to town for a Notre Dame game. Didn’t have the highest expectations but it was so much worse than I anticipated. The crack under the door was two inches high so you can hear the entire hallway. Our room window had a huge crack in it from I guess a rock or something being thrown through it and duct tape over the crack. I would not recommend it to anyone visiting for a night let alone a weekend.

The stay was very good. The breakfast was great! Fire Doors were left open and not closed. Staff was great in helping me with my room card, as I kept putting it in backwards. The location is great, close to gas stations, stores and restaurants and just a few minutes off the interstate. I would stay there again!

Got there late evening, the clerk appeared right away to check me in. Facilities seem somewhat older, but clean and friendly. Room was clean, everything worked. Only problem I had was I didn't know where the ice machine was!

We were in town visiting family for 5 days. We booked this hotel because of location/convenience & most importantly for the kids, the pool! We had 2 rooms, we checked in, got settled & the kids headed for the pool which was CLOSED! There was no indication of this during booking or checkin. It would've changed our booking with them but we decided to stay put. During our stay multiple times our 2 rooms keys stopped working, the 2nd night we were there we realized they changed out the refrigerator in our kids room & didn't know why but we had lunchmeats, cheeses etc we had just bought & it was ALL GONE! When we tried to address it with the guy working thst might he acted as if he knew nothing about it & asked "What do you want me to do about it" in reference to all the food that disappeared! That we just bought! Foods not cheap anymore! The rooms didn't get any cleaning service so i don’t even know why they were in the room anyways. Coming in & out of the hotel day in day out there was never anyone around but conveniently the morning we were checking out we had SEVERAL workers AND housekeepers ask us if we were "all packed & checking out" Very annoying considering this started at 8am & check out wasn't until 11! Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Pool was drained for remodel and website did not state that it was closed. Ac in room didnt work so we asked asked for another room and moved. Would not have booked if we had known pool was closed.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and towel service everyday was nice. The room could use some care as the wallpaper in some places was peeling. The toilet would run if you did not adjust the handle. Not the hotels fault but pool was under construction and was not conveyed at time of booking.

Hotel was pretty dingy, the room we stayed in was okay, the power to ceiling light was also connected to the outlet that powered the tv and mini fridge. Was passing through the city so wouldnt return in any case, wouldnt really recommend, if youre just looking for a place to sleep for the night ot would be okay just for that

Lobby smelled musty upon check in. went up to room only to find the musty smell was stull up there. room bathroom was dirty and there was what looked like dried blood on the curtains. almost forgot to mention we were initially given the wrong room; upon entering our initial room there was a young lady changing her baby's diaper on the floor. just a comedy of errors at this property. only redeeming aspect was that front desk accommodated our request to cancel reservation and give full refund

I liked the rooms and everything,things i didnt like was there was no Tupperware, like spoons forks already provided for us, or there were not really much interesting TV things,
It'd be nice if we could hookup to it somehow and cast youtube on there to watch some stuff. Overall it was Ok
