This may have been the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Carpets were stained with something red, in many different spots. The floor of the bathroom had pubic hairs still on it. Mold in the cracks of the sink, stains on the bed spreads, a smell of mildew in the room, broken and cracked furniture and some strange substance inside the A/C unit which kept us from trusting using it. The TV remote only turned the TV on and off and adjusted the volume, but it wouldn't change channels.

Do not stay here if you like to sleep somewhere clean. Our carpet floor had dry blood splattered all over it. Also blood stains on the lamp shade and sheets. It looked like a murder scene. Our bed was made but the sheets and comforter were dirty and just plain disgusting. We had to get new linens from the front desk. Paid WAY to much to stay here because it’s close to Notre Dame Stadium. I guess this hotel knows the rooms are gonna book up anyways so they don’t care if their rooms are disgusting. Will never stay here again!!

Lobby was OK, but hallway carpeting is threadbare. Breakfast just OK, not great. Our room had a stained bedspread, and dingy looking towels in the bathroom. The pillows were very small for a king size bed, and the headboard does not meet the mattress so hit my head on the edge of the headboard.

Stayed at this hotel for a friends trip to Notre Dame football game. Nice hotel close to some restaurants. Staff was amazing seemed like an older hotel could use some updates but would forsure stay there again.

Seems like they are updating. Front entrance is nice. But once past the entrance the smell of the carpet about made me throw up. Room even smelled bad. Had to use my cologne to freshen it up. Carpet was nasty.

As soon as we walked down the hallway of our room, we got an overwhelming musty smell. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. The musty smell was even worse in our room. Wife noticed mold in the bathtub. Bed made us itchy

Nothing, went to 3 rooms before we were shown one that didn’t smell, staff was not happy we asked to moved!!! Very unprofessional, comforter was ripped and stained so we’re the towels. Awful experience!!!! I’ve never had this experience in all my tests of traveling, very disappointed!!!!!!

Average for a Quality Inn and had no coffee until 6:30am which is kinda odd...BUT let me tell you, the service is unbelievable on Mornings and Evenings! Thise ladies were absolute delights to talk to! Keep them happy, because those 2 are pretty special.

Out room air conditioner did not work, did not get fixed until next day. It was humid and made sleeping miserable. No other rooms available. No elevator in hotel at all, had to hoof all bags up a flight of stairs, felt bad for customers that were older or had a bunch of bags.

Room stinks, the paint looks terrible. The doors on the building for the rooms are in terrible condition. No water pressure in the shower. Find another place to stay. Can’t open the windows to vent the room. Room smells terrible.

Front desk lady made a big deal of my cash app card saying Queen and not my government however the information on the card states that my alias smh then she put us in a room where the air didn’t even work properly the shower needs to be redone and it just wasn’t even worth the $92 I spent. This hotel is nowhere near Norte dame like it says it is

Manager and staff were horrible to us. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in a hotel. His check in clerk messed up and didn’t give us a form to fill out for having a dog. We didn’t know we don’t work there. He then locked us out of our room with the dog inside making us sign a form and paying him $200 for neglect saying we had a pet! We told her we had a dog. It was ridiculous.

The person at the desk was rude. He also tried to run my sister's credit card fir more money. The bank said he ran the card 10 times fir different amounts. She had to close her card and get a new one.

Smells musty due to the family that owns it living on the second floor and treating it like their personal home. The family cooks ethnic food and doesn’t turn the heat down upstairs. I felt like I would pass out just carrying my bag up due to no elevator. The water also ran rusty red when I turned it on. Didn’t enjoy the older gentleman following me around my entire stay like a child I’m a grown adult or making comments like “going out to smoke again?” Behind my back as I go outside. Like yes I’m not paying $250 for a smoking fee. Very disappointing. They charge more on a deposit based off of how you look is what the front desk staff told me as well. Slightly discriminatory in my eyes.

The sparkling lobby is very deceiving compared to the room conditions. The doors were grungy, the caulking in the shower was half missing and moldy, the room smelled, room poorly vacuumed, and generally poorly cleaned. There are 2 hotels right next door at the same price that were both far better kept.

The room was absolutely disgusting. We had 2 rooms for 1 night and could not stay there. The beds were discolored, there was mold in the bathroom and carpets, and to top it off there were bugs/roaches crawling (and dead) all over the bedroom and bathroom. Completely unacceptable and a health hazard- do not book!

Front of hotel and main lobby looked nice, but once you enter the rest of the hotel, it is obvious how run down it is. Hallway carpet is ruined, walls look terrible, strong weed smell right away. Once in the room, it got worse. Room smelled like old ashtrays and moldy towels, damage to walls, possible black mold in shower, tv remote was taped up. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were checking in, sleeping 6 hours, and then leaving, we probably would have tried to find somewhere else. The pictures on the site are horribly misleading. The only saving grace of this experience was the front desk clerk, who was incredibly friendly and did provide good service.
