It was somewhere to sleep..

Proximity to shops and restaurants.

My room was dirty. Pubes in the sink, on the toilet and in the shower. They were not hiding either, just plain sight. Very gross. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. The pool was a major point in the decision to stay there. No notice that it was closed the entire stay either. Really sad, I would have stayed elsewhere. The breakfast was difficult to stomach, powdered egg mix “omelet” and cardboard bacon. Stuck to cereal and fruit. The AC unit in the room was very noisy and would not get quite, made it difficult to spend time in the room, the window was very heavy and broken, so it wasn’t able to be opened.

Satisfactory

The room was clean and the staff helpful.

I asked for a room to accommodate my husband who was in a car accident and I booked a disability room that I didn’t get. But the room we did get was nice. The complimentary breakfast was unappetizing and we chose not to eat.

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The breakfast was fair. Need more variety. Location was exceptional. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

BE CAREFUL, when they are charging the PRICE!

Nothing !!

They charged with different price with BOOKING.COM. They over charged it. When I asked why the price is different, they failed to explain. Further, they said it will be refund but they charged more instead refund. They charged 3 times more and NO REFUND. The BOOKING.COM must be responsible to investigate this charges.

The hotel was a disappointing experience.

I felt as though it was very worn down. Many structures were in disrepair. There was no staff present until you requested them. No one was friendly.

They kept running out of food, staff not very friendly, this is not a best western plus. No remodeling done here

That it was close to everything

It was not what the picture looked like. The lights above bathroom didn’t work and the towels were like sandpaper. The breakfast hrs were short ends at 9 am and the coffee maker was broken and spraying coffee everywhere

Clean beds, no bugs, and pool was open kids had fun.

Alot of other rude guests, drawers in my room kept opening even with tape they wouldnt stay shut was told they didnt have anyone to fix them and the male at the front desk seemed easily annoyed.

Very good cinnamon rolls, coffee was good and nice variety for other breakfast choices. The woman working the breakfast room was exceptional.She was very personable and attentive to the needs to maintain the food line.if

The facility needs updating, room 407 the toilet seat should have been replaced a year ago and for today’s standard the tv was too small. The breakfast area was bright and welcoming

Good stay for the cost.

Breakfast was minimal, but yummy. Pool was perfect depth and temperature.

More options at breakfast. Hot tub was broken during our stay.

Hotel was 2 star at best. Clean and convenient location.

Location was good. Close to shopping and food.

Was not told the pool and spa was closed until we got there. One of the main reasons we booked there. Breakfast was ok, they had no water to drink. They ran out of food and we had to wait both days. They had no vending machines in the hotel at all. Rooms were ok and clean but we could hear everything from other rooms and hallway. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known of these things.

Disappointing

Breakfast was the same as every other hotel. The bed was comfortable, but dirty.

Hair in the tub. Gum wrappers on the floor. Hot tub was shut down by the health department and that was the whole reason I got a room there. Still have carpet on the floors.

we will probably look for a different place to stay next time we are in the area..

the location was great..

when we checked in our tv didn’t work and the desk person was a bit upset that we couldn’t fix it ourselves and he had to come to our room. and we couldn’t fix it he moved us to another room which that tv didn’t work either. he finally called someone in to fix it. with that being said he wasted about an hour of our time . then when we went to breakfast they did not allow you to take it to your room ( we’ve always taken our breakfast to our room ).
