We rented it through hotels.com the rate was $96. We ended up getting charged $146 Plus another $50 for the deposit it's taken over a week and I still haven't been in refunded my money. Other than that everything was clean and comfortable breakfast was decent the grounds were kind of trashy because nobody had picked up the trash around the parking lot or the grass. When I told them I had been charged over what they had told me the next day when we checked out they said oh sometimes that happens so that was $100 I was not counting on.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Our first room was filthy. When we arrived,we just dropped our bags and left for dinner. When we returned and went to use our bathroom we then saw it had never been cleaned!! Used towels hanging, dirty shower, sink and toilet and garbage wasn't emptied. We called the front desk and the employee immediately came to our room and escorted us to a new room. This one was cleaned but still not very clean. The hotel is being redone and the whole place was a mess. The cost was cheap and the breakfast wasn't bad but I would not recommend.

Everything was dirty except the bedding. There is mold on the ceiling above the tub. There was a blue, sticky ring on the vanity top. The fridge and TV worked fine. Very dusty on the floors due to new tile going down. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Hotel was getting a new interior coating of paint and looking refreshed. Rooms in need of update and major cleaning. Tissues and wrappers behind side tables. Bathroom tub is old and dirty and drains do not flow properly to allow water to drain while taking a shower. Breakfast was as expected and tables/breakfast area clean and inviting. What i would expect a 3 star hotel to be but potential for higher marks.

We had to book an unplanned stay due to the weather and couldn't make it back to Gary. From the minute we walked in the door, I felt comfortable. The ambiance in the lobby was great. Whatever oil defuser they use was very welcoming. The two gentleman working at the desk were personable and helpful. The room was clean and the heat was on so it was nice and warm after coming in from the cold. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and the swimming pool was immaculately clean. For the price i wouldn't hesitate in staying here again for 1 night. Hotel felt safe but you could hear noise from other rooms i.e. babies crying, people walking down hallway. Not sure I'd want to stay more than 1 night. Breakfast was very basic. Rooms could do with being updated they are very dark. No towels in swimming pool which was annoying and not many in room. I think hotel is understaffed.

In the bathroom there were only 3 bath towels...no washcloths, 1 hand towel , no bath mat, the tub drain was very slow...the Kleenex box was empty and when we asked at the desk were told they were out..not an issue for most but my husband has allergies and uses them a lot. At breakfast there were no plates, the evening before there were only 2 tea bags and one napkin. Other than that, the bed was comfortable.

That hotel is older than dirt and he’s major reworking for a 12-year-old piece of property. I’m told it’s in bad condition check out. Less old food in the refrigerator. The room smelled. Work unless you plug it in yourself there so switch on the lamp it’s and standards The Radisson would even allow place like this to hang there Hotels.com recommended I would not recommend this folks at all and guarantee it would not pay $510 a night for two nights at the hotel in the condition with him false advertising, my friends, false advertising

Seemed okay when we first checked in. Remote didn't work for TV and sink's plug was stuck down and wouldn't go up. Husband had to take it out completely. Reported both the night we got there and got a new remote. Used sink next morning and found sink was leaking a lot all over our stuff under the sink. Had to have it repaired. Also no hooks of any kind in bathroom and not a plug for the tub which we reported but never got one. The tub was dirty. We were there from Fri-Mon and never had room service. No snack machines only soft drink and water machines. Suspicious emblem on mirror in bathroom that had green light coming in when light in bathroom was out. We covered with wet cotton ball.
The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Bedbugs in our room. To their credit, the staff was helpful and understanding, got us into a new room immediately and closed off the old room. Rooms were dirty - shower had mildew in the corners, lots of stains on the carpet. Overall nice helpful staff, but the place was pretty disgusting. Avoid it

The staff were all so nice and friendly. The lobby and pool were clean but once you got upstairs, it was pretty dingy. Not vacuumed. The tub and grout were dirty and rusty and the bathroom smelled like old cigarettes. My bed was clean and comfortable. At $50 a night, I really didn’t expect much more.

Very rundown. Outside doors did not latch. Inside the room was very dingy, bathroom was in dire need of repair, mold on ceiling, paint peeling on walls, etc. It was a huge game weekend at Notre Dame and chances of finding another room would’ve been difficult or we would have definitely switched hotels.

Our room was just OK. The bed was a bit lumpy, there was mold in the bathroom, and in general everything looked tired & a little run down.

My room was in bad shape. 4 big spiders in bathroom, 4 or 5 big bugs dead by bed. door handle did no work to let me out of room, Bed sheets and bedding was dirty. I thought the word Radisson meant it was a not place! Not anymore. Please stay away. unless you don't mind a dirty place.

Late checkin around 11pm. Attendant slow to respond. Bed was comfortable, didn’t use the TV or pool area. Breakfast was decent but not well stocked, several items empty.

The staff was attentive. When you walk in it seems clean and it smelled nice, however; room #206 didn't smell so good, and the air didn't work, so we were given another room #208 and OMG, I had to clean dry urine on the bottom of the toilet that wasn't noticeable beacause it was facing the bathtub. The tub was making sounds like it could've cracked open from being old, Keurig was so dusty, and before we checked out I searched under the bed facing the window to make sure I didn't leave any belongings and noticed a bunch of garbage. Its crazy that housekeeping is rushing to do their jobs. What's really insane that on the listing, "this place has a VERY GOOD RATING", NOT.

Room was dirty trash from previus guests on the floor. Broken glass an bathroom floor. Bedroom gmfann with dust 3 months old. Frloor filthy dirty. Fridge on the outside super dirty. Ect. I have photos if you would like to see. When i showed photos to the manages he was like "oh! Oh! Oh! " and he said i got to go and left. Also rooms are not cleaned when you stay but on the day you checknout cleaning cree knocks on your door about 2 hours earlier to askntlyou if you staying until check out time or leaving early. Both times that i stayed there this happened.
