The staff was friendly and I appreciate the gift bag gesture.

I discovered mold in the bathroom ceiling and was transferred to another room. I appreciate the accommodation in quickly moving to another room. However, I was taken back when the team member asked me to specify my recompense for the inconvenience via BonVoy points. I shorted myself and said a free night. However, the right thing to do would have been to comp my stay or reward me 3 nights of BonVoy points. When it was time for me to check out, there was a wait for the front desk staff.

good place but needs to stock up on breakfast.

staff was nice and the inside of the building was clean. the room was well stocked with toiletries.

when first arrived the parking lot had garbage all over. the breakfast included in the room was short on choices and they ran out of stuff.

room was never cleaned. other guests were obnoxiously loud late at night. kids running through the halls with no parents around.

Clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay again.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room.

The pool wasn't as clean. Scum/dead skin build up around edge of pool.

The stay was okay. I meant to book the new Hotel in Roseland.

The breakfast and the conversation with other guests and staff were amazing. I knew one of the staff members husband. I had not seen his wife in person in over 22 years.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Again, the bed was not comfortable at all!

Great value, great breakfast, friendly staff, great stay. Highly recommend for families!

Staff was wonderful about restocking breafast items including waffle mix, eggs, and more. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in including helping with my disabled mother.

I would've liked for the room to be cleaned.

My vehicle broke down while traveling. They were amazing in accommodating not only me but in the assistance of parking my fifth wheel while waiting for repairs

Our stay was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Clean and comfortable with coffee and breakfast.

Unfortunately I booked the hotel with booking.com and I couldn’t get an adjusted bill for my AAA discount. That was the only disappointing thing.

Breakfast disappointing. There was a pan out for eggs, but it was empty. Only fruit available were oranges. Basically packaged pastries were available.

My go to hotel

It is clean and updated

The checkin staff wasn’t the friendliest at 2:30 in the morning. My room was next to the elevator and seemed like a closet more than a room. The other rooms I’ve stayed in are very nice however!

Very good

The day front desk staff was extremely helpful. Left the baby bottle brush at home and needed to clean my son's bottles and they were more then helpful with getting to do that without having to go to the store.

I wish I would have been informed prior to booking that the pool was under remodeling. Grab bag breakfast was very limited. Also nothing other than fruit could I eat due to my diet.
