Staff were amazing! Shy checked us in and she was incredibly informative and friendly. Tracy was also amazing as well!
Everything else was okay. The rooms are a little worn down, but it was still decent. Location is great.
The rooms are a little worn but still clean. There seemed to be an issue with water on the main level floor leaking everywhere. They were quick about cleaning it up, but it happened a few times.
The AC was okay. Not the best. The room felt a little muggy.

The bathroom in room 218 was shabby. The wallpaper was starting to peel and was bulged and wrinkled in other areas. The towels were rough. The refrigerator made sounds during the night so I turned it off. The common rooms were nice, however. Not as nice as the previous Fairfield Inn I stayed at. Im going back to Hampton Inns.

i thought there were have been a few more choices for the breakfast and the eggs were mushy. i could not eat the potatoes for i don't like peppers. the cream cheese for the bagel was frozen. the bacon was not cooked all the way. the location was good.
