Friendly staff. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Good location. Beds were comfortable and always like hotels that allow a constant fan.

Dirty, aged. The floors look like they haven’t been shampooed or mopped in a very long time.

I had good hopes but probably wouldn’t go back.

The location was great.

The rooms had dead bugs. Old spider web on the lamp shade. You had to ask for clean towels and was asked to bring our dirty towels before getting new ones. In the days we stayed we were not asked if we wanted it cleaned. The staff was rude and the one person that was great was the maintenance man that needed to change the power cord so we could run the tv. When getting ice we noticed black specks that looked to be mold. We had to get the keys rekeyed because they wouldn’t open the doors after leaving. The bathroom light wouldn’t go bright enough to see in the shower.

Felt run down overall

The staff was friendly and the location was decent. The lobby area was fine

Overall my stay was great and I'd stay there again.

Staff was friendly and when I had to book a second night's stay very helpful and worked well will me needs. The main entrance to the place was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to stay, convince to resturants, grocery store, vets, shopping ect.

The only thing I didn't like is they allowed people to smoke by the entrance/ doors. We stayed in room 152 and the bench near the entrance was being used fir people to smoke and drink. That didn't make me feel comfortable.

Will not stay at any of this flag’s properties.

Toilet was filthy with human excrement. Room had marijuana smell to it. Due to filthy bathroom we sought a change of room. The young lady who was staff politely and professionally got us another room, in which deadbolt lock DIDNOT work!

Weekend get a way

The area is perfect for easy access to Notre Dame and shippshewa. The breakfast was awesome and the pool was an added bonus.

The room smelled of mildew/musty. But it was for sleeping purposes only.

Nice layout of the room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location and check out procedure.

Please improve the quality of the coffee at breakfast. Improve the quality of the towels.

It was decent.

The location was good and breakfast was great.

Elevator being down on the first day and the keys to get into the room kept messing up and the lighting in the room was way too dark.

the maintenance was much improved from last year. the tires on the luggage carts are still underinflated (a very common problem in hotels) but the bathrooms were much cleaner.

The hotel needs some TLC

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options

The room smelled; we bought deodorizer for it. The one curtain was almost down and the shower head was loose. In addition the room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day; never was and the fitted sheet was a queen on a king size bed

The hotel serves its purpose and I felt safe, the cleaning ladies we very friendly and made us feel at home.

this property is close to shopping & food yet in. comfortable quiet place.

The breakfast was mediocre and the location was suitable for our needs. The front desk staff (manager) was excellent to deal with and responsive to our needs.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean.

Breakfast personnel failed to show up for work on the morning I was there. As a result, the trash can was overflowing in the breakfast area. The food was not replenished and many items were unavailable.

I loved that the staff was so helpful and very kind. The facility was nice and clean but was also comfortable. Great location to stores and places to eat.

The beds were not as comfortable. The pillows were very light and had to fold it a couple of times to get comfortable.

It’s just ok, for a very short stay.

The location of the hotel was really good and near a lot of shopping and 10 mins from Notre Dame. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The staff was really nice.

It was a little run down and not the cleanest. one of our queen beds had stain on the sheets. It seemed really dusty and furniture just seemed to be falling apart.

The staff is friendly and very responsive to questions.

The breakfast was very good. The food was hot and plentiful.

A trash can closer to the food side so customers did not leave the cups from the waffle maker on the counter.

Anniversary getaway nightmare.

The location, the pricing, and the staff

Once In our room, someone from maintenance walked in on us. The toilet worked one flush and never worked again. We had to go downstairs. Kids were running the halls knocking on doors while we were trying to sleep. Also, dogs. People left their dogs in rooms and left. They barked all night. The intrusion from the maintenance man and none working toilet was truly disappointing for us. When I went down stairs for washroom it was also disgusting. Towels everywhere and feces on the toilet. It was the worst getaway I've experienced. We went here for our first wedding anniversary and it wasn't a special night at all.
