Excellent location, very good breakfast, clean bathroom and room, friendly and attentive staff.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. When we learned the elevator was out, they arranged for our two rooms to be on the ground floor since we have a special needs person in our group for whom stairs are very difficult. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. They were the best thing about this location.

The bathroom was old and poorly maintained; stains in the tub/shower, cracks around the tile and in the flooring, no soap in the shower (but a second lotion dispenser!), towels and washcloths had stains on them, toilet was only 12 inches off the floor making it dangerous for a senior citizen to use; bedroom curtain didn't close all the way, AC was hard to regulate. Bed linens seemed old. Breakfast was acceptable but small range of choices, tiny coffee cups with lids that don't really fit, no orange juice, no bananas, ran out of coffee cream Sunday morning. Breakfast lady on Saturday morning was pleasant but the one on Sunday morning was not really. This hotel really needs an update and modernization, especially if rooms will only be serviced every 3 days (although they did bring us fresh towels when requested).
