it was really awful

the rooms were not mark occupied or clean. Housekeeping knocked on door multiple times with do not disturb sign up. No maintenance person on staff. etc….

Terrible customer service

Never informed of the cutoff for checking in late so my room was charged and I was stranded for the night. I drove 6 hours in the rain just to be met with terrible customer service and no effort to help me whatsoever. I will be speaking with my bank about the charges.

We had a handicapped accessible shower and a lot of the water drained out onto the bathroom floor. we needed extra towels to clean up the water

Very clean and friendly

Very easy to book through booking.com. The breakfast was limited and when I asked for milk, I was told they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. No fruit on the breakfast bar.

Fantastic Staff at Comfort Inn Mishawaka

The breakfast was great. Chocolate and vanilla waffles were awesome!

Bathroom could have been cleaner--under the sink and the back of the door were dirty. Tub needs a refresh.
