I will only stay here when I am in town. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is great! I travel a lot for business and Isela is one of the friendliest front desk clerks that I have met and her customer service is 150%

Elisiyana at the front desk was very helpful with our stay and even helped us check up on our car. The room was enjoyable and romantic for our anniversary which we will never forget.

It’s was an okay stay but if u have a room at the end of the hall way that have the exit door,it’s kinda sketchy because after nine the door was supposed to be no access after 9pm but there was people was going in n out n just hanging out with there friends at that side exit door. It kept me up n my girlfriend was worried about break in because they was too close to our room. We just wanted peace n quiet

It looked nice on the outside, but the inside of my room was disgusting! And so was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low! I wont stay there again!

The walls are too thin. You can hear the people in the room making loud moans. Very uncomfortable being woken up at 3 in the morning to that. And the people above us walked so hard it sounded like someone was bowling.

The only issue i really had were the walls were thin. You could hear the people on eaither side of you. And alot dont take that into account. I feel like if the hotel isnt sold out dont put people right next to each other space them out so you dont have to hear the other people. And i did talk to the front desk and they said to let them know and they would let them know to keep it down. But maybe they should sound proof the rooms better or again not put people right next to each other. It was good for what we needed. But i probly wont stay at another microhotel again.

When we made the reservation It said dogs welcomed and no where on the site did it say that dogs could only be there 2 days. We booked for the whole week. After 2 nights, we had to pack up and find a different hotel because they wouldn’t let us stay any longer. Mind you we also had a 5 month old baby with us. They were rude when we said it didn’t say anything about dogs only being there for 2 days. And told us “oh well, figure it out.” I will NEVER come back here.

Asked for an end room on the third floor and got one! Less noise and no one walking around on a floor above. Bed is comfortable. Heater worked great. Clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Able to plug in to charge my hybrid car outside the back entrance!

Needs better customer service. I called an hour ahead of my arrival around 1pm to ask for early check-in and the desk person just said, "I don't know if this is possible, don't know if room will be cleaned by then, I can't promise you anything" with an attitude. So I left it at that. Once we arrived we checked in and my goodness, was she so moody, no customer service skills whatsoever! She was so rude. (she's the one with the tattoos) We were so incredibly shocked at her rudeness because we've stayed there before and it was completely different from this stay. Then, someone next door to our room had extremely loud music all day. This stay was very disappointing.

This place is ok. We stayed before when it was newer and were really impressed. This stay was ok but nothing special. Really close to the highway so there was some noise but not crazy.

The staff was pleasant. The floors were filthy. There was patched walls and broken tiles. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable. The location is on the noisy freeway and squished into an area that is part industrial and part residential. The room was extremely small and over priced. We won’t stay there again.

I will not stay here again. The elevator has a jolt in it when it takes off to up from the first floor. The lady at front desk was kind but she stunk so much like perfume and marijuana, the mix was nausiating. There was a nasty stain on the window seat in my room. And the mirrors behind the headboard for the bed give the impression that sex is the theme of the hotel, not a pleasant resting environment. Sex is good but not when other people share a same bed or room time and time again. No telling what's in that room, especially with the lack of cleanliness. Nope, not again.

I haven't been disappointed with Hotels.com booking very often, but this was a big miss. The hotel is built with the thinnest walls I've ever been the victim of. I used to travel a ton for business, but I've never been in a room that was exposed to so much noise from next door, across the hall, and above. There were several times at night when I thought someone was literally in my room because it was so loud. Forget getting any sleep. Completely overpriced at $149/night! Breakfast is one of the simplest continental ones in that price range too. Service at the front desk was very good. Surprisingly competent staff for such a disappointing hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room with a nice pool and amenities. They have a pancake making machine what was very interesting and make decent pancakes. I do with there were more fruit options with breakfast.
