Part of the hotel was under construction so we were in an upgraded room that was very functional and unique (indoor/outdoor space). We arrived very late and were a bit late checking out and the staff were very accommodating. I don't often write reviews but this hotel was very nice and an excellent value. Very convenient to SLO, highway, and amenities. We would easily stay here again.

Check in was easy and the clerk was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. Also, a couple coupons for places close by. It was a quick one night trip, but bet was comfortable. It's a little outdated, but that's why it isn't crazy expensive. A little noisy from outside sounds, but it didn't bother me to sleep. Hot tub was a great night warm up, but it doesn't hold many people.

Easy access from the highway. Smooth, friendly check in. Comfortable room and beds. Pleasant walk to downtown and great restaurants. Jacuzzi worked and was popular. Great value.

We love this hotel. It is a good value for the price and is in a quiet, safe, and in close proximity to food and entertainment. The only reason it wasn't perfect scores were that a blanket was stained up a bit and our soap holder tray was broken. Honestly though, it was great overall.

We had a very positive experience at this Hotel. The front desk attendant, Simone was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was effortless. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

Checking in was quick and the room clean and quiet. The bathroom did not have a fan ventilation system so even a short shower gets pretty steamy. No maid service provided for our four day stay and we had to request clean towels.

This is a mediocre hotel. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure and hot water was great. Bathroom sink in our room had a permanent drip and was tarnished. Breakfast is pretty minimal consisting of coffee, tea, oatmeal made with hot water (I couldn't find milk nor is there any way to heat the milk), apples, and individually wrapped pastries. For the price I paid I thought the value was a little low.

The only one negative thing that we experience that our room did not have shampoo or body wash. It was very little problem that did not make any affect on our score. Overall the stay was great! Thank you

This was our second stay here, and we have been happy both times. We like the location, the room amenities, and the pool! The room and grounds were clean and pleasant, as was all staff we encountered. This time we were in town for a baseball tournament, and were heavily relying on the breakfast... we were disappointed with the lack of offerings- there wasn't even any cold water! I know it is listed as a "grab and go" breakfast, but in our world with kiddos, that means something more than coffee. Maybe next time you could add a banana or some cereal?

Beds were comfortable, not your typical motel style bed, had pillow top and firm feel. Windows opened in room, bathroom was tiny, with poor 🚿 and TV did not work. Very convenient to a cute downtown area. Worth the $ to stay while passing through. Parking is tight for larger vehicles.

Good value for the price. Front Desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Hot coffee (caf and decaf) and hot water available 24/7. Rooms were clean and decent size. Would stay here again.
