The room was very clean... Old school motel feel but very much a good value for the price based on other rooms in the area... Quiet and peaceful... Leaving out can be difficult based on the location being right next to a highway entrance... Other than that... No complaints would recommend for a short stay 1-3 nights... Located near EVERYTHING SLO has to offer... If you're on a budget and just visiting for a few days stay here... You won't be disappointed
Other than being in your room not much else to expect from the facility... They have a soda machine, an ice machine and a parking lot...

We thought that the friendly, responsive and helpful manager of the property was a 10+.
It was an excellent, safe and convenient location for the graduation we attended at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
The small microwave and working refrigerator were great and there was a good sized TV with Netflix and Direct TV channels.
We rated the property an 8 instead of 10 because the toilet/small tub shower combination with no counter space behind the closed door, with the sink and counter in the main room, were disturbing to the other sleeper in the room when the sink was being used for hand washing after toilet was used during the night.
All in all would recommend the property.

The bathroom layout could be a little challenging when showering, brushing teeth, etc due to area of small tub shower combination and toilet not having counter space and sink and counter space being in the main room outside the bathroom door.

Good value for the stay
The lamp that was broken, the bathroom door that Got stuck on the shower curtain rod, and couldn't open all the way, the bathroom lights that kept turning on and off as if a ghost were playing tricks on us ,The floors that made our socks black ..needs a deep cleaning! Lastly ,The big green hairy booger on the bathroom door, somebody left most likely while taking a mondo dook!!!
