The room was simple but comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful when I left a few of my belongings behind. They went out of their way to reach me and help me get my belongings back. The location was very convenient to the downtown area
The shower was small and the showerhead was too low, so uncomfortable to shower.

Very convenient t location, walking distance to SLO downtown and 7 minute drive to CalPoly. Fridge and microwave in the room (but not in all of them)
Surprisingly good mattress and ok pillows.
Very nice owner.
This is a very old property that definitely requires upgrades, both outside and specifically inside. Anything from curtains to bedspreads to carpet and outlets.
Though they clean really well, the signs of tear and wear all everywhere and create not the best impression.
It’s ok for one night, and is cheaper than most of other motels in the area.

I had the ADA room and the shower area was first rate! The room was spacious and everything was in good repair. It was also quiet even though on a busy street. The owners/staff were gracious and helpful.
Room was dark due to dark paint on walls, nicely done but it made the room too dark. Curtains were uneven giving the room a shabby look that it didn't deserve.
