The hotel is kept in very good condition. It is clean and well managed. The included breakfast is very good. The room is clean as is the bathroom and the bed is very comfortable. We use this hotel because it is convenient to our dentist.

This was one of the best laid out hotel rooms I’ve stayed at. It was easy to lay out our suitcases, be organized and access our stuff. I appreciated the coat hooks in the room and plenty of plugs. The bathroom was well laid out and easy to share with my family. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I heard no noise from adjacent rooms or the street. The breakfast was good. We all found something that satisfied us. It was not my favorite included hotel breakfast. It was somewhere in the middle but definitely not the worst. I would stay here again and enjoy it.

The staff is wonderful! They do such a great job with breakfast at this hotel. The gentleman who wear his apron and hat made me smile and start my day better. I thought the bed was super comfortable.

Always a pleasure staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Lake Forest. Rooms are perfect and clean, and the complimentary breakfast is a full hot breakfast and great coffee; cereal, pastries, bagels and juice are also provided. I love being greeted by Todd at the front desk when I arrive and everyone in the entire staff are professional and do a great job for the guests.

Cons- Limited breakfast options and short breakfast times. Room walls were dirty. Sheets and blankets had stains of different colors even when changed with washed ones. Pool was green and jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Pros- Great customer service and friendly staff. Coffee available all day.

I truly appreciated the warm guest service Todd provided. He greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made the check in process painless. The warm, chocolate cookies were an amazing touch. I will be back.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good; the usual scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bakery options. When checking in I had to call out as there was no one at the desk. But he was pleasant when he responded. Hotel is very conveniently places for walking to a variety of restaurants.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and i would definitely stay again. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. My room as well as the common areas we clean. The breakfast was tasty and they never ran out of food. It was the staff that really made this hotel so special to me. They were the best!

Everything went well as expected from an Holiday Inn. Room is clean and it is quiet that's all I need for one night after a long day of work. Front desk staff, Ricky, is very friendly and courteous. I wish all other hotels have that kind of quality staff.

The stay was very pleasant. Very clean. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We asked for a room on the first floor and we got one. Breakfast was delicious the only thing I see is it needed a microwave. But overall I highly recommend this hotel to family and Friends. Thanks
