Wonderful location right on beach with a lunch/dinner bar/restaurant right there. No breakfast and no stove/oven. Only 14 rooms so lucky to get.

Wanna Wanna is a fun place to be. Room was very outdated, but good and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Turbo Pina Colada was awesome! Menu is nothing fancy, but always tasty! Thanks Again!

The hotel.com review gave them almost 9 stars, they were no where near that. The property was extremely run down with rotted bathroom door and holes in walls and baseboards. The main door to the room had a door knob that was about to fall off and we couldn't lock the deadbolt because the door wasn't hung properly.....very unsecure. Mini blinds on windows were damaged. Very disappointed I would not go back.

Alright, let it be known the reviews on here are telling the truth: this is a no frills motel with basic amenities that's ultra convenient for going to the beach on SPI. Don't expect luxury: it's run down but relatively well maintained, mostly very clean, and cheap place to stay. The rooms are small and cramped, basic amenities. Towels were new in my room (they had the stickers still), but wish they gave better toiletries like proper body wash. The door was hard to close, I had to call maintenance who came within 5 minutes to fix it. The bar is cheap and generic food but a good ambience. The huge plus is the beach is less than 100 steps away from your room. Parking is okay, can get busy in the afternoon but is great at night. The AC was very loud, thankfully we were exhausted otherwise not sure I could've slept. Stay here because it's cheap and you want to save money while enjoying the beach.

Classic beach motel. Rooms are simple but clean. The staff of the hotel as well as the beach bar is what makes this establishment. Motel itself is old, beds are stiff, limited space if you plan to unpack. Kitchenette has all the basic needs. Air conditioner works great to keep room cool and comfortable. Each room is steps off the beach, and thats why you’re here. Gorgeous soft sand, clear water, friendly people. Drinks at bar are generous and well priced. Very impressed in the detail of the cleaning, watched every morning as staff disinfected and hosed down every table and chair, swept walkways clear of sand. Would absolutely return without hesitation.

The place is lovely and the location cannot be better. Rooms are clean and the AC works great. However, the wifi never worked, not even for a couple of minutes. Staff is nice and very helpful. It is an inconvenience that the front desk closes at 9pm, but when they are there, they help. One thing that might be brought to attention was the door knob. It was like damaged, locking and unlocking was not easy, and it didn't look safe enough.

This property was excellent since it is so close to the beach. The onsite restaurant is convenient. Our tub had an existing stain that was unsightly. The refrigerator wobbled but it kept our food cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll go back again. Great for beach lovers and has easy access to all the other Island attractions. Great buy! Two Thumbs up!

The cutest most convenient, hidden away hotel right on the beach with a great view, great Bar and great food! Cleanliness is key at this little Gem with cute rooms and i wont hesitate to make this our forever hotel while in SPI.

The deadbolt lock on the door did not work. When using the sink in the bathroom, a horrible smell came out of the drain. The walls in the bathroom need painting. None of these issues are hard to fix and should be easy to identify by maintenance staff. This shows a lack of effort to inspect and maintain the property. The rest of the stay was nice. Excellent location. Bar and grill was good.

We have stayed here twice now, and it is GREAT! It's not a high-end room (like one might find in a Hampton inn) but they are very nice, clean, and have the things "most" people would need for a great beach-front room. The price is great and you can literally walk to the beach (via a great outdoor bar and eating area). Hard to find a better value imo. Staff is just super nice and helpful.

So it's an older property, so it's a clean old motel There is a beach bar that is part of this motel.... very cool location. you literally walk out of your room to the beach. The beach bar has bands on the weekend, so you will have music if you are trying to go to bed early... ha ha my wife and i will be back

We liked that the hotel was on the beach and there were umbrellas and chairs for rent. The Grill food was good and it was reasonable. Additionally, the free metro bus was appreciated. What we did not like was the parking situation, no elevator or help with getting our luggage up and down the stairs, and limited cleaning and maid service.
