Walking distance or short drive to beach
Need more sitting space for breakfast, check lightbulbs for better lighting, and replenish towels before c/i or after c/o for next guest.

I liked the location of the property even thought I tend to like staying beachside rather than bayside.
I didn’t like the overall experience. When I first arrived there were other guests complaining at the front desk that they wanted to switch rooms because when they pulled back the bedding in their room, there was vomit. The front desk lady didn’t seem to even care and she had her two kids there with her while she was working. There is no elevator and the stairs are in an inconvenient area and it just makes it hard carrying luggage, and I’m sure it’s an inconvenience to those with handicap needs especially when there was no warning before booking that there was no elevator. The hotel has a smell and everything seems to be dirty. There’s lots of stains on the bedding, counters/desk, and shower. The mirror was dirty and the handles on sink. There was lots of hair left on the pillows and in the sheets.
