Clean. Excellent location. Fully stocked. Love the little extras, like spices and health supplies and cleaning supplies. Cute little pool in the back. Kids loved it.
Just a 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet area. Outside shower was GREAT.
The floors and master shower could have been a tad bit cleaner but thats NOTHING compared to how things could have been. The pool was large enough for kids but not an adult in my opinion.
The kids loved their beds but ours wasn't comfy but also we have a tempurpedic at home so no bed is comfortable. :)

Great location. Nice and clean. Nice beachy vibe to the decor.
Hot tub has no heat. Not a big deal for us, but maybe needs maintenance? Might be time to change the mattress on the king size bed as it felt like maybe someone had crushed the middle on one side. It was generally comfortable though away from the edge.
