Rooms were dirty. Comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Hallways smelled. No hot water for 24 hours. We left a day early.

This Comfort Inn has a wonderful staff. They were friendly and efficient. The hotel location is great too. It’s only a 14 minute drive to Providence. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We enjoy Rhode Island every year; we will be back. :) 😀

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor the whole weekend. And the pool was closed. I stayed at Comfort Suites in CT the weekend before and it was a much better experience than this location.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The heat was difficult to adjust. The carpet throughout the building needs to be replaced, it’s basically brown and just doesn’t look clean. The desk clerk was not friendly. The coffee/tea station was out of tea bags in the early evening and I had to ask for some. The water in the thermos was not hot. It should be replaced on a regular basis. The breakfast room needs to be arranged. There are so many tables along the walls you can’t pull a chair out to sit as it hits the chair behind it. Breakfast was adequate.
The parking lot was very dark and definitely needs some lighting.

When i first arrived i had alot of luggage and i was carrying chips that fell. [I will come back to that] the toom lamp kept jumping when you walked in thr floor. The TV channels were very poor. usually its linen in the closet if you have a pullout in any hotel, this one i jad to go downstairs and get it. I got in late so this was a inconvenience for me and my daughter who needed to ne in bed for jer buisness in the AM...Alot of fuzz on mostly all thr channels. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! LASTLY, thr chips that i spilled when first arriving on friday night, were still directly in the front when i was checking out sunday morning. This was very bad to me....

The heater made so much lound noises about 0300, the phone by the beds so dirty and didn't work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. There were no towels on the first night i checked in and i couldn't call the front desk with the hotel phone. When i requested the towels i had to go to desk to get it. After reporting the sound issue with the heater, i was told they'll work but didn't. Night staff was not friendly.

The only redeeming quality was the size of the room and the price for it. The phone inside our room did not work at all, not even to call the front desk, the privacy deadbolt on the door did not function (it doesn't line up with the door jamb), we had to buy air freshener spray because the room had a dirty feet smell, and the elevator was 2 months over due for its annual inspection (it also got stuck on the 2nd floor and the door closed seperating us from our child). There were also large trucks parked across 4 or 5 spots of the already limited parking on both the front and back side of the hotel. The online booking showed an indoor pool, we were not notified until I asked at check in that it was closed for maintenance indefinitely.

The breakfast was adequate, but better choices could have been made. The hard-boiled eggs were sometimes frozen in the refrigerator; other times the membrane was still on them and had dried out, rendering them very undesirable. One of the cream cheese cups was completely moldy when I opened it up.
In my room, the shower head was being held up by zip ties, rendering the hand-held option obsolete, and it was hard to position it well enough to take a shower. I managed, but shouldn't have needed to. The bathroom faucet was off-kilter, and to stop the stream of water, it had to be up and to the right of center.
Aside from those issues, my room was comfortable and made for a nice home base for the four days I was working around Providence. The bed was perfect for me, quite comfy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, as well.

The POOL IS CLOSED!!!! One of the main reasons we went there. And couldn’t control the temperature. It was 78 degrees in there and we couldn’t turn it down.

Most of the guest in the building seemed like residents. At night they would yell in the hallway and horseplay into the lobby. The smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering on my floor. I asked to be moved because of this noise and smell but my request was ignored.

I like that there was free breakfast at 6am-9am. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a nice luxurious look to it. Definitely would come again.

Horrible there was a fight in the parking lot that ended up on the third floor where we stayed. It was like a rerun of Jerry Springer screaming at 1 o’clock in the morning.

Whole place is very dated. Material on the wall throughout the whole place really which very clearly was stained and dirty looking. The shower walls still have the film on them and the over all room was cleanish but felt dirty. We ended up checking out early and not spending the second night we booked.

This is our second time coming to this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Its quite. The breakfast served is delicious. Will definitely stay again.

The lady working the reception desk was great and the room was clean and cozy.
My toilet was broke however. I had to lift the back off and manually pull the chain so it would flush. There was nobody at the front desk when I checked out so I had to lay my room key(s) near the phone. The unacceptable part was there were no parking lot lights at the front of the hotel. I have read other reviews stating the same thing.

I stayed 3 nights. 19 thu 21 I was woken up by two young girls fighting in the hallway at 4 Am. No one stopped this mess. No happy about a 8 hour drive home with no sleep I this went on till 8 am when I checked out will not stay there again my stay cost $$$ front desk was not offering compensation at all

When we got there the sheets and pillowcases had black streaks all over them. The towels had holes in them and the bathroom was terrible. The tub filled with water while showering and took forever to drain. The toilet clogged several times for no reason.

I didnt like that it could have been a lot cleaner. There was someones old grocery bags and receipt in the closet, pen on the floor, small dirty spot on the side of bed linen and did not replace tissues there were only 2 left. And it was also freezing 63 degrees when we came in. I like that it was quiet during our stay.

Very efficient and clean hotel. We arrived when a tour bus was checking in so it was a little delay but fine overall. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but adequate. Single elevator for all guests was somewhat slow so prepare to wait an extra minute or two.

Location was farther from airport and Providence than I realized, but decent facility, room was clean. I had an early flight and no one was at the desk to check out, called the number they had posted, no answer, so went back and left my keys on the room and left.
