I paid for deluxe room they gave me a regular room. When asking for the deluxe room the front desk lady said I’d have to pay more. The tv didn’t work. The bedding wasn’t changed from previous stay there was other peoples hair in the bed. I’m not sure what type of scam they’re running but they but they even tried to give me a different refund then I paid. Almost refused to give me a receipt. Also the employee called me a broke a** b**** after talking about being in the wrong room. This employee also locked us out of our room went through our stuff and stole. My husband talked to the manager in the morning and she didn’t seem to care. She admitted employee had stolen our stuff and we could have it back only after we had a meeting with her. I’m a nurse and was up here for a traveling assignment and the employee stole a pair of my scrubs. Not once did the manager apologize. Actually she tried to act like I was ridiculous for being upset.

Room was as expected, typical for a motel6. Ice machine was broken. Lots of homeless people passing through the parking lots (not the fault of the motel, just the location). Staff were super helpful. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Will consider staying there again.

It was horrible. Everything about it. Basty people everywhere. Yelling all night. And morning. The rooms were run down. Should not even be used ass a motel. I even had to switch room first thing. The first rooms bathroom shower flooded the bathroom. The remote. Did notwork . And there was even missing tile throughout the room. Second room wasnot any better. I even have the pics to prove it.

I reserved this establishment for an overnight stay for my son and 2 teenage grandsons. Worst Motel 6 they've ever stayed in. The wall had blood on it. There was a hole punched in the wall of the bathroom. The deadbolt didn't work. The parking lot had several drug addicts. My son said had I not already paid he would have left. He said he had stayed at the Motel 6 With Ukiah before and it was decent. This was Motel 6 North. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could have give no stars I would have.

I walked in the room looked over and there was cockroach crawling on the wall. I didn’t stay I walk right out the room. That’s disgusting.

Spas were out of use & filled with mattresses. Very sketchy people hanging around, shower head in our room would swing around & spray water on the ceiling. Looked like our door had been kicked in-paint was missing and door didn’t align tightly w frame. Walls had patches -smooshed bug on the ceiling & every day at 11am your room key expires and u have to go to the front desk to get a new one!

homeless kept wondering thru the property, mentally ill yelling. Clerk had problem with my check in & I left & came back and was able to check in to a room that needs a deep cleaning in the shower, sink & mirror s. Looked like someone started to renovate then quit. Used to be a nice place before Motel 6 took over

The room was disgusting. The bed sheets were covered in burn marks, after walking barefoot bottom of my feet were black, shower was not washed, there were some sort of food stains all over the walls and part of the floor. Will not stay here again.

I booked the room for 1 night to get some rest during a 9 Hr road trip, but didn’t end up staying at all! We got checked in and handed keys and the parking lot was full of sketchy looking people including guys drinking alcohol by their cars and 2 young girls who looked like they were on drugs. When we opened the door the bed was completely disheveled with sheets thrown everywhere and new immediately the room had not been cleaned. We requested a refund, but due to asking for a refund after check in were unable to get it back. We felt unsafe and didn’t want to bother getting another room key because the front desk clerk let us know someone had messed up and marked dirty rooms as clean so it wasn’t the only room in the hotel that would be in those conditions.

The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor! The shower head is broken so that the water’s leaking’s sound was too noisy that I could not sleep for the whole night! No internet service, I could not attend my meetings on Zoom! It was terrible experience at this hotel!

Top bed sheet had tears in it. There was a small cockroach crawling down the wall in which I disposed of. Luckily it was the only cockroach I saw and despite that the room was very clean. it's obvious that part of the property has been allocated to extended stay low cost housing. A lot of these tenants are hanging outside making the motel property appear sketchy an unsafe. Although the parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras monitoring it. At 5 AM there was a woman pounding on a door of one of these rooms screaming to be let in. There's plenty of places for food and fuel within walking distance.

Got there got a room that was behind a facility having a loud music party, asked the receptionist if we could get a couple of blankets , young women said i would have to wait for another staff member to arrive at 11:00 pm saying i would get a call then and never happen, Next day as i turn in the Key card i noticed coffee jars asked if we could have some, and the lady said not yet we still not ready to put it out. Very disappointed with this stay, not what we were thinking

The motel staff were the most unprofessional I have ever seen. The worker hollered at my kid because she would not open the door so she could keep hollering at her. It was all I could do not to restrain myself. The worst motel! Neither rooms did not have working smoke or fire detectors and the phone line had been cut from the inside. So there is no working phone. Reported it to the staff and they just stared at me!

STAY AWAY FROM this place - ROOM 215-UNSAFE 1) No Sleep, the apartment attached were doing some kind of maintenance, hammering etc till midnight when I called the front desk for the 3rd time 2)When people walk it's like the are nest to your bed and the floor is wood but must all be connected the bed shook if folks were heavy walkers. 3) broken phone, had to use my cell to call front desk. 4) The door did not have a security lock, felt so unsafe The list is very long I'll stop here

Roaches. Like, multiple crawly insects (barf). Most door hardware missing and was right at the front/bottom sketchiest part to be staying alone. Shares parking lot with popular gas station. Big visible gap between door and jamb. Safety latch broken off. Bath plumbing hardware in bad shape, exhaust fan didn’t do a thing but make noise. Amenities include two gulag portion slivers of soap, and rough toilet paper. No tissues or any other disposables. TV did not turn on, though else’s TV was fine because i could hear it clear and loud through the walls. Hard floor hides many lumpy moisture sins. Only three acceptable things: warm, dry, Wi-Fi.

Obviously one chooses a Motel 6 because of the price, but even so I felt this stay was not worth it. Our room was back back in a far corner. I believe our room had been recently redecorated, but the rooms next to us were still in the process. There was rubble on the walkway and an old broken couch out in front of the room next door with sketchy-looking types hanging out on it when we returned from dinner. The whole time we were at dinner I was worried that someone was going to break into our room and take our stuff. Fortunately, that did not happen. The crack between the bottom of the door and the floor was several inches deep, so lots of noise and bugs came in from outside. The upstate neighbors had someone pounding on their door very loudly at 1 am and 3 am so I got very little sleep. When my husband went out to find coffee in the morning, he saw many people sleeping in cars parked outside our room. The one good point - the bed was more comfortable than I expected. I'm glad my hubby was with me - I would never stay here alone.

This place is trash! Dope addict all over. Looks like people are living in this place fulltime. Shady people running all over the place. Bugs in rooms. Literally a barn door for a bathroom door that didnt even shut. No privacy in rooms. Walls are thin and tweekers running around all night. Was woken up by fire and police in parking lot at midnight. Probably a drug overdose. Felt like I neded a tetanus shot after staying here! They charged $130 a night FOR A MOTEL 6! I will NEVER stay on a Motel 6 again EVER in my life! Pure trash!!!!!!!! The owners of this hotel should off themselves!
