Overall cleanliness needs work in and out of hotel.

The room was not clean. The toilet paper had green either boogers or some type of bodily fluid on it. Staff was nice.

100 percent regret staying here
Elevator was slow and scary
Room looked nice but the floors were unswept, hair all over the bathtub
Several lights were unplugged, the phone did not work to call downstairs.
When reading info on the hotel it says shampoo conditioner in rooms. There was non. I had to get it downstairs. And the main reason I got this hotel was for the free Breakfast. I go downstairs and it's only coffee and oatmeal. No fruit, muffins , cereal nothing was provided and my kids were disappointed

I had to move to another room 3 times because the rooms were very dirty.
First two rooms on the first floor smelled awful, made my eyes burn. This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and an update.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to mall, movie theater, shops, restaurants.
Check- in is simple and fast, the desk clerks are awesome! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (both night shift and day shifts). The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable.

Get there checked and go up to my room and it was dirty, had to go back down and let them know. and it was nice of them to give me a different room it was nice, but it wasn’t the right bed sizes for me and my family and some of the night shift people were rude too.

I was disappointed in this property to say the least. I found 2 bugs in my bed and dust balls in my sheets. When I complained the staff was very non-challant. I asked to speak to the manager and he was not on site and it took two days to track him down as he did not take the time to return my calls in a timely matter to discuss the issues. When he finally called me it seemed the situation was not of concern to him.

This was just a quick overnight stay, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and clean, and seemed to be in a safe and quiet area. As far as toiletries, there was only bar soap, but I always bring my own anyway so it wasn’t a problem. Although we didn’t use it, there was a full kitchen which would be nice for a longer stay (dishes, utensils, and cookware weren’t in the room, which is understandable, but were available on request). The room was set up well for long-term stay, as it had two office chairs, a desk and a table that could also be used as a desk, and even a small recliner. As other reviewers mentioned, the breakfast was just muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal, so fairly minimal.

Located steps from newer shopping malls and restaurants, the rooms show their age a bit but were quiet and cozy. Staff were friendly.

Won’t stay again. No coffee pot in room, no ice machine at facility, free breakfast was a joke! Instant oatmeal, granola bars and tiny muffins. Free coffee in lobby was good.

Not so good there is no shampoo in the room. You have to ask for it and instead of bring it to your room they ask you to go to the front desk get it. Breakfast serve in the brown bags. For one night charge It’s not worth it. I personally will not stay in this hotel and I spend 3 nights per week in the hotel

As we entered the room, we got hit in the face with the smell of stale smoke, and it got worse from there, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper was NOT a new roll, and the racks and the bathroom we're all rusted. There were dirty q-tips in the dresser that was scratched up, and worn.. The walls were stained and It looked like repairs (spackle) was just slapped on, and not completed. The main light in the room, would just randomly come on, we woke up twice during the night to find it on. Not sure if it was a short fuse or what, but we had to get up and turn off the light via the switch on the wall. Had my doubts about this hotel, and they were confirmed.

It's smelled so bad down the hall and in the rooms. Had to open the widows to be able to tolerate it. Smells old and like cigarettes even though its "non smoking" rooms need to be updated carpets looks like it has not been replaced in decades. Paint chiped everywhere definitely not worth the money won't be returning.

Stay was great at a very reasonable price. Except that the shower I had would leak to the middle of the bathroom....Due to no door. The curtain they had up was not made for that type of shower. There was no ledge to tuck the curtain behind. Other than that perfect stay.
