The fire alarm started going off at 3am because of the rain. It would turn off, then go off again. If they knew the rain causes the fire alarm to go off… why not get it fixed?! The rooms are normally ok, but last night the room I was in was smelling bad.

Elevator having issues. Breakfast underwhelming. Parking fee? This is Tracy , not Las Vegas.
Checking in and out was easy. Room clean and good mattress but soft for my taste. Overall good,will be back

Did not stay there New Year's Eve and still charged me. Manager on duty was not accommodating. Will not stay there or refer any of my family or friends.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This location had the room numbers falling in the hallways, my door damaged, may bathroom would not lock, the sink was such that anytime it was used you would have to mop up water on the counter. At breakfast I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to refill almost everything. No waffle mix, no syrup, no sugar, no milk etc. I received a cold response as if I was being pushy. If they don't want the job, they should find another. The pool had no towels, the exercise room left you in the dark on a treadmill after 5 minutes because the motion detector didn't pick me up. Also the surprise $25 early check in fee. Really, one hour early? I think I will find another hotel to give $550 too. I can't believe you would stick me for another $25.

So we paid 170 for this place and it wasn’t ready upon check in . The room
Was not vacuumed and hair all over shower and bathroom , bed skirt was all raggedy , comforter was dirty and curtain is filthy went to shower and no shampoo in despensor and went to desk to get shampoo and they had no shampoo left to give , office lady was very nice and she was new and she just couldn’t do anything about it but was very sweet. The pool smelled like pee and was so loud and there were no towels for pool . Asked for two more pillows and there were no pillows left . Super disappointed in this room and would have drove home but have tournaments tomorrow that we have to go to in the morning for our kids

Check in was easy at the hotel. The front desk women was nice and quick. The bed and room were comfortable. The only thing that was annoying is Hilton sends you an email separately from Hotels.com telling you there is an easy/quicker way to check in online, but it's not at all. It took me more time trying to get to the actual site for Hilton than it did to just drive over and check in. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice room except when we woke in the morning, we discovered that there was a part to the coffeemaker missing so we couldn't make coffee. that is something that housekeeping staff should have noticed.

Front desk staff was rude and uncooperative. Expedia had to call them to fix a problem with the reservation and the front desk agent hung up on them in frustration. It was the worst check in experience ever. We left. Thankfully Expedia issued us a refund.

Need more luggage rolling carts. One is not enough. Bathroom could be cleaner.
Front desk lady was rude, when i asked about a extra luggage cart. And it was a bother to her for more towels.

This was a great property. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here at the Hampton Inn- Tracy. We felt very comfortable. The 24 hours coffee, tea or hot water at the lobby is great and so is the breakfast. We enjoyed everything! Until next time Hampton Inn. We highly recommend this hotel.

No shampoo, used soap in the shower, water damage on the ceiling in the bath room and bed room.

Satisfied overall with this hotel, however housekeeping needs a little more attention to detail. I found a hair that wasn’t mine in the bathroom sink, and the coffee machine in my room was missing the part where the coffee pouch goes. Therefore I couldn’t make coffee in my room. I did not bring this to the attention of the front desk, I just got my coffee in the breakfast area.

I would’ve given this property four stars, if it hadn’t been for the horrible Wi-Fi situation. In this day and age, free, good Wi-Fi should be included at all hotel stays.

We arrived at approximately 3:40pm. Our room wasn’t available yet. Front desk tried giving me a double queen without even asking me first but I opted out since I needed the King plus sofa bed. We waited about 25 min for our room. Upon entering our room there was 2 minor cleanliness issues but the housekeeper Jessica quickly fixed our issue and with a smile. She was friendly and apologetic. Our room was great other than that. Clean. AC worked great. Beds comfy and linens clean. The pool was shut down about 6pm due to a guest vomiting in it but the acting manager was able to get everyone into the pool in the hotel across the way; which was pretty awesome considering it was 110•. Breakfast was good. The front desk girl kept stocking items as we were sitting in the dining room. We saw the same housekeeper the next morning, Jessica, wiping down the elevator again with a smile. Overall great stay. We would stay again when we pass through to Oregon from SoCal.
