At breakfast,they where short of everything one day out of 3 I stayed, they only got cereal available.

Loved the accommodations and room amenities. Unfortunately, A/C in the room wasn't working properly, and it the middle of the night the room had warmed up significantly. By then it was too late to call maintenance to the room or change, so we stayed as is. When I notified the front desk agent she was very apologetic and took off the parking fee of our bill.

Our hotel room was clean and ready on time. We were disappointed to hear about the $12 "parking fee". It is dishonest to sneak in extra fees and not show them at time of booking. Only one seat in the room. Plenty of room for the chair and ottoman that Fairfield USED to provide.

The main problem was that two of our three rooms was not ready two hours after check-in time. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The desk clerk this time around was not helpful and actually had a bit of an attitude when i expressed frustration about the delays. I expected better.

The room smelled like poop. I think it was coming from the bathroom. So we suspect their water pipes may be the problem. Not many tv channels to choose from. Breakfast is not so great, but enough to hold you until lunch time. You have to paid $12 for parking although there's lots of open parking spots. Aside from that the room was clean. I appreciated the portable A/C they installed in the room. It was a hot weekend.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Even the hotel maids were friendly. The food options were great. The walls were a little thin I could here the people next door at 3am doing extra activities if you get my deift...lol but all in all our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend.

The stay was great but it would have been nice to know that I had no A/C in the room but A/C unit. I had to switch beds because of noisy unit. The room was great other than that. I would stay again and hope staff had better communication with issue to a room.

Hotel seems okay, a/c is out so till they can fix it, portable ones in the rooms. Problem is nit is 100 out and the machine can't keep up. Also I use a c-pap and no plugs by the bed, the front desk gave me a small plug in thing but wasn't long enough to reach the machine so I had to purchase a longer one.

This place was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was convenient to have breakfast available. Only minimal complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower was super low. I gave long thick hair and it took a long time to get the shampoo out of my hair. Also the elevator smelled a little funky. Other than that I really liked this place and would stay there again.

The location and place itself was safe and clean overall. We just had issues with the AC on a very hot day and the tub drain was not working/draining properly. Everything else was good.

My only suggestion is that the bathroom was too hot even if the bedroom had the air-conditioning on. It felt muggy in the bathroom.

Pleasant place to stay. Modern building in a busy area. Parking cost $12, that was a bit of a surprise. The bathroom walls were smudged, not cleaned. Beds were comfortable and room was nice.
When we checked in the woman at the counter apologized that she didn't know how to check us in because she was in training. The woman training her stepped away to check in a person who came in aftet us. The result was the neither myself or the other customer received good service because the trainer kept having help the trainee.
Not a bad place to stay.

Everything was good except the pool on the ceiling you need to fix it looks like it's going to fall

On first night, I took a shower & grabbed a towel and noticed a long hair on my “freshly rolled towel. I grabbed another and noticed stains on that one.
Second day we arrived back at the hotel about 9:30-9:45 pm and our room was NOT cleaned or made up. We told the desk and I asked for fresh towels and told her about the dirty ones from last night, she did not apologize just gave us 4 towels.
No new soap & the dispensers were empty on body wash. I just used Shampoo the next morning…..

Great place to stay. We parked our car at the hotel and walked over to the mall, watched a movie, and then dinner at Applebees. The staff at the hotel was great all around. I’ll be staying there every time from now on.

It was just a room. Pool was closed. Only reason we stayed there. From the pictures it would have been adequate but without the pool not fun at all.

Had to wait long to checkin. Room was so noisy because of freeway and my room just beside it. There was flood light whish is pointing righf into window and room. Could not sleep.

Comfortable beds and room, quiet, bathroom floor a little grimy, otherwise clean, room smelled weird and the door was propped open when we got there, which was weird. Great service. Decent breakfast although one of the yogurts we opened was moldy. Nothing to rave about or complain about really; we’d stay again.
