I liked the people at the front desk coming and going. they were very helpful and made the stay nicer. The TV remote and system was terrible. Replaced remote 3 times and never fully worked. Had to get up to turn on and off, volume. Need to work on that. Pool closed but didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great time.

Good experience, the only downfall was the pool was not available due to maintenance.

Pool was under construction and sauna removed and no hot tub. No EV charging. Otherwise was good.
