The hotel that we stayed in was building 20 so of course it's one of the newer ones and is pretty nice but because it is the main check-in building it's also very busy. But by and large not busy compared to like a regular Disney check in Etc... the rooms are huge they have incredible views... I got a room on the 12th floor facing all the parks so you could easily see the Epcot spaceship earth you can see the castle way way in the distance the Contemporary Resort Hotel and fireworks of course. The best fireworks you're going to see are the ones for Epcot. The rooms have everything dishwasher a washer and a dryer which I used... the pools are great the elevators worked well you don't wait long... we got there on a Tuesday night and left on Sunday and it definitely got busier on the weekend... I didn't use the shuttle but there is one available I have a ca. All the parks are 12 minutes about to get to...so easy. I did not stay in any of the older rooms in the older buildings... yes I would stay there again... pets onlynly certain buildings by the way unless it's a service animal
