Location was perfect

Easy to check in, came a couple hours early and there was a room ready! Many lights in the room beds were comfortable shower was nice & large! Only question was last day there stepped out for 1/2 hour before checking out and our room was unlocked when we came back and we had mini bar charges on our bill from the last morning that we never touched. Yes we got that reimbursed.

The staff were very helpful and congenial. The hotel is well-located to Newbury Street, Copley Square, the Boston Public Garden the theater district.
