Comfortable Quiet room. Very clean, good reception. Free Wi-Fi I’ve stayed here a few times. I appreciate the covered parking as well. Could use a few more cable channels like tennis channel & INSP. Overall good hotel with friendly staff! I had a great stay!

Good value, nicely remodeled. Good furnishings, well appointed, lots of electrical outlets. Clean and comfortable. Some minor limitations: 1). The soap bars are tiny and are good for a couple of hand washes only. Should provide bigger bath bars. 2). Parking on the covered garage is limited and the spaces are small - OK for small compacts but full size SUVs, trucks and sedans will not fit. 3). Facial tissues are not provided. One issue that did not impact my stay but needs attention is that there is an infestation of ants behind the desk pn the wall.

For the price, it was excellent. A little noisy with the airport near by. But nothing the hotel itself can do about it. After 2 nights, you won't even notice the planes taking off.

I saw the excellent reviews for this hotel. The positives: Fair price and professional staff. The parking lot is not large, but the parking spaces are not cramped. I've seen much tighter parking spaces in the Bay Area. My room was very clean. Very clean bedsheets. Safe area. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker in-room. Clean common areas and lobby. The negatives: Wifi works but is not fast enough to perform high bandwidth functions like Zoom. I could tell that the mattress and towels are not high quality. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manage; it was either too hot or too cold. The room next door to me had several people in it, and the walls are so thin that I could hear them laughing and talking. That's how thin the walls are. I was awakened several times over the night because the room next to me was up late having a good time.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly hardworking staff. I highly recommend it. We had king bed and sofabed and they were perfect. Microwave, mini fridge and coffeemaker in room. Was nice to have separate sink area from shower/toilet area so my daughters could get ready at the same time.

The property lacks the basic necessaries, there was mold on the shower curtain, very inconvenient getting in and out, very noisy all day you can hear the vacuum running, and they are very dishonest with their rates and refund.

They really try, its just any room on the front part of the building is REAL LOUD. Had known, id have taken any room on the backside. Little things like, a simple bar of soap... really, .25cent bar of soap 1 in the shower, 1 by the sink.. a simple safety bar to assist one getting in/out of the shower.. And whats with the TV! Yeah it said volume was at 100%, BUT, more than 3 feet from the TV and i couldnt hear anything.. The hotel locked the volume at 25% max. That was BS... mixed with the road noise, I had no choice but to put on SAP.. TV was basically useless!! OH, also, the front door was lockd forcing you to HAVE TO enter from the garage, what, scared of people walking by!!!

This was a surprising find near the airport and just a short walk from a street full of independent restaurants. It's a safe neighbourhood and the room (in our case a king with a pullout sofa bed) was roomy. A few issues with finding stray hairs in the bathroom, but nothing really bad. Steps to an IHOP and close drive to SFO, too!

Stay was really good, easy parking at the building, the front desk people were really lovely! Bedroom was nice, had to shut the windows as the street noise was quite a lot for a light sleeper but it was fine once the windows were shut! Good stay overall! About a 20minute drive to Chicago centre which was easy to navigate, was a good price for the location

While checking in I mentioned to the young man at the front desk that the trunk on our rental car would not stay closed. The employee finished with the next incoming guest, and then came out to the garage to see if he could assist us. Very much appreciated.

2 min walk to Ihop for dinner or breakfast. 7 min to the airport. Area looks bad but was not a problem. Mosdef stay again.

On a major road, quite noisy. On the last night there was loud fighting noise all night. I was going to change the stay to leave four days earlier for a sudden important meeting back home, and told the hotel on the first day I am there and three days before I have to leave, and they won't refund anything for the rest of nights, very inflexible!

Stayed here just to sleep after a 2:00am flight arrival and prior to driving to our ultimate destination. The property was much better than expected. Easy parking under the building, very close to SFO, desk clerk was nice, room had a fridge and microwave.
