Very outdated, needs many upgrades. 3 levels of stairs to get down to our room were very slippery in the pouring rain. Slipped a few times carrying our luggage in and out. The bathroom could use some hooks or small bench to put what you need after showering on. The view was nice and the balcony was nice, but the outdoor table was broken and full of mold. The furniture is a old, outdated, worn, and just ugly. Location was convenient to downtown Ogunquit.

The views from the first floors back units are absolutely gorgeous. Travelled with an elderly family member and it was difficult for her to get around, lots of stairs and inclines.

The hotel room was by far one of the ugliest I have ever seen. Couldn’t get the light to work next to the bed. The shower would not turn off. The first room they wanted to give a 70 year old woman was down three flights of stairs. The air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Was a quick over night with my boyfriend. I have been wanting to stay here bc of the view and location and it did not disappoint. Not only was the view amazing, the hotel was VERY clean. Staff was very pleasant, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The room itself was huge. Lots of space for luggage and to get ready.

Overall a good place. A little bit far of the beach. The parking was a bit far from our room. The swimming pool was great. The air-con was not working properly and it was really humid but the room. The breakfast was not great for the price. The bed were confortable and clean. They did not brought back coffee and clean cup after the first day. Honestly a good place but some improvement would be needed

Good location near Ogunquit with lots of restaurants and activities. Love the Stand Up Paddle Boards/kayak rentals on the property. Rooms we had were ok as they had a window view of the river but better views were available for an upgrade

This hotel/motel is needs a facelift. Our room had water damage on the ceiling with visible mold. Water was coming through the wall and around windows.

The full length mirror should be placed in another place because if the drapes to the sliding door are opened it allows someone passing to see into the sink area. There should be a bench placed next to the shower. We left a nightlight next to the strange empty countertop to avoid late night injuries in the dark. A microwave would be appreciated.

The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Every tome we would move in our sleep the matress made so much noise it woke up another person. They wanted to charge us 13$ per person for a continental breakfast that would normally be free in other hotels.( terrible) The river is over rated. There are kayaks but no one used them and no one from the staff proposed them. All we saw was a rental sign. Again, we don't know if they were included or not. There were no bikes available, which would have been great since there is a 25min walk to the beach, unless you wanna pay 50$ for parking. Basically this hotel offered less comfort and amenities than a super 8 motel, however it is priced almost at 400$ per night. Never going back.

I requested first floor hoping not to climb stairs. Their first floor is 3 flights down below grade. And the first floor rooms were damp and musty smelling. The carpet felt wet/damp to my feet. I was shown another room on the lowest floor. Same wet/damp/musty. cause breathing issues for me. The manager was kind enough to move me to a room where I could breath.

No Kleenex in the rooms; no elevator. If someone wants just a light breakfast (like just toast and coffee) they'd have to pay the $13.00 breakfast charge. No cafe on premises. Soap dish in the shower was too small. On plus side: employees very friendly and accommodating; gorgeous view; nice having trolley stop right out in front.

The view from our room was spectacular and we didnt even ask for one with a deck facing the inlet so that was so appreciated!!! Beautiful, clean pool and hotel was so convenient. I want to go back!
