The safe location, privacy, and the outdoor area.
I wish there had been an outdoor pool. Otherwise, everything was great.

Pool, hot tub. Clean room.. Good bathroom.
Kids screaming on the playground until after 10 pm. In the pool jumping in. Splashing everything and parents doing nothing. No breakfast... Even a hotel breakfast would be fine. No easy chair or sofa in the room.
