Very pleasant

The room very clean, king size bed very comfortable not lumpy. Looks like it was recently updated. Little microwave surprisingly is high watt.

Floor was squeaky in front of the bathroom and the sink. I would prefer to know the total cost including all the taxes and fees upfront.

Building was old/tired. Blind was missing a slat which let light in. Bathroom cramped/small. Bathroom fan very loud in room next door.

The first night was a nightmare

We were transferred to a homeless motel and there was only one bed. I slept on the floor.

We would most certainly stay here again.

friendly and professional staff. very quick to respond to our request and needs.

We were actually moved to a sister property of USA Inn (Seaview Motel). The only issue we had was a slight incident with a frayed electrical cord but upon notifying the management the issue was taken care of promptly and professionally. Management offered to relocate us to a different room and offered a lower rate on another nights stay.

We stayed at their sister property, the Sea View Motel in Ogunquit, which was excellent.

Excellent customer service. USA Inn had emergency construction when we were scheduled to be there, and promptly and seamlessly transferred our reservations to one of their sister properties.

we was very happy staying with you. thank you!

everything was clean and bed very comfortable . shower was great. heat warmed the room within 5 minutes. we have stayed here before and we liked it so we choice to come back. great location around all the restaurants, shopping etc.

was disappointed that there was no ice but we understand it was not your busy time. tv was hard to run, i believe the remote needs new batteries, we had no idea what was on tv, except to go through the channels one at a time. and it was not easy trying to push the remote to change channels.
