This motel is conveniently located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Although the facilities are a little dated, you really can’t beat the price of this motel and its location! They do offer a continental breakfast. You conveniently enter in and out of your own door without steps or elevators.

Property provides breakfast, grills and everything you need to make dinner easily if you choose to bring your own food. Pool was heated. Everything was clean. Grounds are well cared for. Room was well sized, not high end but comfortable, quiet and everything we needed. Good location, outside of downtown, near beach access and Wells restaurants.

Location was convenient.
Arrived a little early and even though the room was available, clerk behind the desk said that there was no early check in available.
