first of all Patrick is super pleasant and really makes sure his guests are happy.
He is a great communicator,story teller and also gives great advise on what to see/ do in the area.

Patrick ist ein freundlicher, engagierte Gastgeber, der sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der hübsche Ort Ogunquit ist gut zu erreichen.

Location was great, breakfast was nice and owner/host was responsive.
Water bottle in the room was used/half gone and we had no towels in the bathroom.
