Staff was the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with in hotels. Everyone was so polite so nice only downfall. Breakfast was terrible. Fake eggs sausage was fake and the way they have everything clustered up right by the waffle maker where everyone’s standing to get a cuppa coffee or orange juice or anything like that. You gotta wait five minutes that’s my only.

Where do I begin… When we arrived the whole place smelled like smoke. The room was decent in size but needs a major renovation. Looks very old- stained carpet, cracks in the walls, rusty sprinklers and metal was stained and rusted. The shower pressure was basically not existent and there were a few short and curlies under the toilet lid. The ladies at the desk and the breakfast buffet were helpful but had some authority issues. Busting people for food and drinks in the pool area, wouldn’t let 16-17 yo kids in the pool area and telling people to not take too much food at breakfast. With that being said, the breakfast was average- runny eggs, watery coffee and hockey puck sausages. The pool area was like a sauna- couldn’t see 10 ft in front of you because of how foggy the room was. The location is fine and the price is cheap but buyer beware.

The shower rod was barely in the wall. The shower water was only warm. For $150 a night I would expect the room to be in good condition

I think this may have been my second or third stay here. I spent two nights. I mostly rate hotels on comfortable beds and hot showers, and it had both. The breakfast was excellent. I didn't use the pool or anything else, so can't really say anything about those things. It's a great location, next to the interstate and on the outer loop, you can get to anything quickly. I was very pleased.

Pool was very cold.....definitely not heated or heater not working. Staff was awesome and room was great. Bed was too comfortable.....we moverslept and missed breakfast both days

Nighttime staff was great! Morning breakfast staff was rude. Comfortable and clean stay, aside from toilet that would not flush. Floors are thin and we could hear the people above us walking around until the early hours of the morning.

The rooms are decent enough. The bathroom door didn't shut right and there were a few little things found on the floor around the bed that were missed by housekeeping. The breakfast is always awesome. The owner(?) was very helpful and gave us excellent customer service. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. I would recommend staying here.

The staff and facility were amazing as for the guest pounding on the door to wake up the person in her room was very loud and obnoxious. The people coming up and down the stairs sounded like a herd of cattle rushing in. Other then that everything was amazing.

It was an ok hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool was too cold for swimming. It was clean but a litle dated.

Rooms clean, large room 2 queen beds and sofa. The only thing walls are thin and could hear the neighbor talking on phone into the night and hallway traffic was loud, pool hours were 10am to 10pm and i felt it should be open all night. Laundry on site was useful.

I had to move to this hotel after 10 pm on the 1st night of the other hotel in Upper Sandusky. It was like a heaven from the front person to check in to the room equipped for everything that we think it's a great hotel.

The hotel is located right off I-75, a perfect place to spend a night for a traveller. The bathroom although a tad dated was spotless, the overall cleanliness was pretty much up to our expectations. The front desk staff persons were really nice. All in all - will be staying there again best time we're in the area.

The entire experience was wonderful with the exception of the woman at the breakfast. She was not at all friendly and made all of the guests feel hurried and not welcome. We stay here every year while visiting our son.

They did not have heat in the swimming area had all the windows open it was 60° in there pool was cold as s*** my daughter got bit by something in the room and her whole hand is swollen would not recommend this hotel to anyone their breakfast the eggs were runny sausage wasn't cooked and the woman running it did nothing but give everybody dirty looks that came in for breakfast

For the price it’s Horrible, there are so many better choices. Don’t do it. Dated decor, cleanliness questionable. Even lost my reservation, after coming off the road for hours. Can’t make this up.
