We had four rooms in our reservation and each family unit had unique needs for beds and layouts. The hotel was able to meet our needs AND accommodated our request to be located close together for our family reunion weekend.
The door keys didn’t work reliably and some of the doors and other furnishings were damaged. But other than those minor issues, the rooms were roomy and very comfortable.

When I booked with Booking.com, it told me that I would not have to show a credit card of any sort to book this and I haven’t been having to show my card for incidentals for a very long time, but this hotel still requires that
When I complained about having to put a card on the room, the woman called her manager and I could hear the Manager on the other line and they were making fun of me. I did not appreciate that.
