Very nice hotel. Very clean. Great lounge. Will definitely stay again if we need a room in Findlay.

The Hancock has really gone downhill. The rooms are tired and need refreshed. Windows, AC, Fridge, and I’m sure other items did not function properly. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The restaurant and bar are continually out of common liquors and food items.

The hotel looks very nice. And it is very clean. The additional $15 per night for parking was not disclosed when I book this room. The receptionist said they have to pay Marathon for parking so we have to. However, Marathon owns this hotel. So ridiculous nonsense, there. After we paid for the parking, the valet takes issue when we are checking out. Telling us we have to move.
I could’ve probably overlooked most of that until I took a shower, it was so tepid and lukewarm, I have never had a worse shower at a hotel. The bed was comfortable. I won’t be staying here again.

I just stayed 1 night but this is a lovely hotel. It checks all the boxes. As all hotels should be. I’ll stay here in the future when traveling

The hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly. Rooms nice. Restaurant had great food. The only problem was shower door swings inside and blocks shower handle. I could not get warm water. Had to get wet and water was cold to try to adjust. Gave up.

Very well kept and nice hotel to stay at. Decorations for Christmas was beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, but they also had a shuttle available.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Parking is limited off site, but valet parking was available.
The only thing that could have been improved is using hypoallergenic laundry detergent on the sheets, but that may have been special request.
Also the check-out time on the Expedia website was listed at 1200 noon, while the actual check-out was at 1100.

Beautiful place. Still has the new smell! Loved the holiday decorations too. And very affordable. Valet was great!

The hotel is immaculate and service was efficient and friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We spent some time at the hotel bar and Rachel was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We love the Hancock Hotel in Findlay. When we visit family in the area (we're from Texas), the Hancock is a wonderful home away from home. They take care of everything, and make your stay relaxing and renewing. There are only two places I would love to see improvements: a discount at Mancy's for hotel guests, and some additional equipment in the fitness center. Everything else is wonderful. We'll always stay here when we travel up to Ohio.

I absolutely love the Hancock Hotel in Findlay, Oh. It is my favorite place to stay. Everything down to the creamer and complimentary coffee cups is top notch! Room is clean and bed is comfortable! Their attention to detail is unbeatable!

Motel was beautiful. It was very clean and staff treated you like you were royalty. There is a very good steak restaurant inside the motel.

Recommended. Very clean. Very comfy. The only con is the hallway noise. I’ve stayed here several times and these rooms are not well noise insulated. I recommend bringing a fan or background white noise for sleeping.

The hotel property has a very luxurious feel and appeal. The property is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is excellent. There are also excellent eateries within easy walking distance. If you want a different variety or food. Valet parking charges are extremely reasonable. Staff is friendly, cooperative, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is one of our favorite hotels.

Hidden gem just one mile from I-75. 14-5 star hotel with great restaurant and lounge. Valet parking. Felt safe walking to nearby Brewery and tap room. Nearby restaurants looked nice. Our second stay will not be our last.

Did not like hidden parking fee of 15 dollars a day required to stay there price was actually 15 dollars a day higher than quoted especially since have handicap parking status

I absolutely loved this hotel. The only reason I gave a 4 stars to staff and service was because the gentleman that was supposed to be working the front desk was out having a cigarette. I patiently waited but felt like I shouldn’t have to.
